Which washing machine is better: Candy or Dexp?

Which washing machine is better: Candy or Dexp?Among affordable washing machines, Candy and Dexp stand out. These devices combine excellent functionality and high build quality. Despite many similarities, there are still differences between these manufacturers' models. Today, we'll explore the pros and cons of these units and which is the better choice: Candy or Dexp?

Features of Candy brand machines

Before choosing a particular household appliance, buyers try to get as much information about it as possible. Real user reviews, as well as ratings from washing machine repair technicians, are very helpful in identifying the pros and cons of each brand. Let's look at the features of each brand to determine which option is best for you.

For example, the Candy brand is known for its over 70 years of manufacturing, which underscores its positive reputation. This company's washing machines are reliable, energy-efficient, and well-built, making them attractive to customers. Key advantages include:Candy Smart

  • low cost;
  • good option set;
  • a wide variety of models: from very narrow to large ones.

It's worth noting that the brand uses only the most advanced technologies and developments in the production of household appliances!

However, these machines also have their drawbacks. For some, these may seem minor, while for others, they can be a major factor when choosing a "home assistant." One of the Candy machines' drawbacks is its glued-together tank. Some users also note that the control module sometimes takes a long time to respond to commands. However, be prepared for the following drawbacks:

  • to the complexity of self-repair;
  • to the high cost of components and parts.

Therefore, when purchasing a Candy product, it's important to consider that within the manufacturer's stated service life (usually 3-4 years), the appliance will likely require repairs. Most often, by this time, the motor brushes wear out and the bearing assembly fails. However, to determine which washing machine is best, it's important to examine the features of Dexp appliances.

What are Dexp machines like in action?

DEXP are automatic washing machines available exclusively at DNS stores, including their online store. The first model from this brand appeared on the Russian market in 2013, and was manufactured in China. DNS's affordable washing machines have sparked a lively debate among customers. Some were put off by the price, but it's logical to assume that the cost reduction is achieved not by poor quality—although this is not excluded—but by removing unnecessary links in the supply chain from manufacturer to consumer.

DEXP offers a wide selection of washing machine models, but all have a minimum depth of 46 cm. In addition to affordable units with simple features, the range also includes machines with inverter motors. This brand's appliances feature all the necessary washing modes, and their attractive design allows this "home assistant" to fit into any interior. Other significant advantages include:

  • affordable price;
  • maximum laundry load;
  • child lock;
  • a deep tray that won't leak;
  • durable and collapsible tank;
  • good pump and heating element.DEXP WM-F510STL WW

However, DEXP devices also have their drawbacks. While they outnumber their advantages, they are still present. The main disadvantages include:

  • in high noise and vibration during the spinning process;
  • in fragile loops that can be easily broken;
  • in a thin cuff;
  • in some spare parts that will be difficult to find and buy for repairs.

Always remember that you shouldn't rush into buying a new washing machine: you need to weigh all the pros and cons before making a final purchase decision!

Based on all of the above, we can conclude that DEXP units have more pros than cons. However, for some, even these can be significant. In any case, with the list of key parameters we've provided, it will be easier for you to decide which brand to choose: Candy or Dexp?

People's opinions about Candy and Dexp cars

For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted a small washing machine that could handle up to 7 kilograms of laundry. My dream came true when I found the DEXP WM-F712TDHE/WBS. This washing machine is the perfect size for me and delivers excellent performance.

I was also very pleased with the fact that you can select different spin speeds – from 800 to 1200 rpm. This is convenient, because after a cycle, you get perfectly wrung-out clothes that don't need to be dried for too long. I usually choose the medium spin speed of 1000 rpm.DEXP WM-F712TDHE WBS

It's also worth noting that the machine has adjustable feet, making it easy to find balance so that the machine doesn't shake or bounce while working. The only downside I found was that I couldn't set up the unit so that it wouldn't knock or swing from side to side during the spin cycle. Sometimes it's just scary, to be honest.

On the positive side, I can note the high-temperature wash cycle. It works wonderfully, and despite the fact that the machine gets hot, there's absolutely no plastic smell. It's best not to touch the door on this cycle, though, as it gets very hot. But I think it's best not to overuse such a high temperature cycle.

Overall, I can say I'm incredibly happy I bought this machine. It's small, yet incredibly roomy and functional. It's packed with useful features, and the price is so reasonable. I definitely recommend the DEXP WM-F712TDHE/WBS if you're looking for a compact and reliable device.

To be honest, I was very disappointed with the DEXP WD-F814BMA/WB washing machine. That's why I'm writing this to warn anyone considering buying it. It's incredibly noisy during the spin cycle. It feels like it's about to fly off into space. This could, of course, be due to the large load, but it's still no excuse.DEXP WD-F814BMA

Moreover, it has very few modes, balance issues, and the aforementioned noise is immediately apparent. It's significantly louder than LG washing machines, and overall, it seems like it won't last until the end of its warranty period. I consider my purchase a complete failure, and therefore I don't recommend anyone repeat my experience.

I bought a Candy CTD 10762 washing machine because I'd previously used this brand. My previous machine performed quite well. Overall, I got the impression the manufacturer has started making machines that are weaker than their previous ones. The washing performance has gotten worse, and the drum doesn't have any cams. The quality used to be much better.

I don't notice any difference between a 5- and 6-kilogram load. Our previous washing machine had a five-rinse cycle. This option could be added to any program if needed. But this one is missing. I used to be able to just turn it on and go about my business, but now I have to run to the machine and add a rinse cycle, because without it, my clothes can smell too much like detergent.

The laundry also wrinkles terribly after spinning, making it difficult to iron. But there's a rather strange option called "AquaPlus," which adds more water. I didn't notice any difference in the washing quality. Bottom line: I'm disappointed with this machine; my previous one was much better. The display shows the time remaining in the washing process, but does not show which stage is currently taking place.

The Candy GO 2127 LMC washing machine is absolutely not worth the money! Firstly, its wash quality leaves much to be desired, and many stains are completely unremoved. My previous machine, a less innovative one, performed better than this one. Also, it doesn't have a 70-80 degree wash: after 90, it immediately switches to 60.Candy GO 2127 LMC Washing Machine

Program errors happen quite often. For example, when I set the cycle to 40 degrees, it sometimes heats up to 90. And this has happened more than once. This type of washing has ruined some items. It's terrible!

If you start the washing process with the heating set to 90 degrees, steam will appear. It comes from the holes and joints. When I first discovered this, I was really scared. Steam is coming out of every crack, causing the entire bathroom to be covered in it, and condensation is dripping from the ceiling!!!

The only positive I can think of about this machine is its large drum. Its negatives include the presence of steam, program glitches, and poor wash quality. It's not possible to wash at 80 degrees.

So, which one should you choose – Candy or Dexp? To sum it up, we can say it all depends on your needs and capabilities. It's up to you to decide which "home assistant" is best for you, as each has its own specific features and drawbacks. If you carefully research the information on the units and pay close attention to the various nuances, you have a chance of buying a device that will serve you well for many years to come.
