Eco-friendly dishwasher tablets

It's no secret that dishwasher detergents can contain various harsh and harmful ingredients. Manufacturers intentionally add them because they're inexpensive and actually improve the product's effectiveness. Consumers aren't happy with this situation, so they're increasingly interested in eco-friendly dishwasher tablets. Choosing these tablets isn't easy, as eco-friendly products often conceal common chemicals. We decided to compile a rating and, together with users, determine the safest tablets. Here's the result.

Rating of safe products

After reviewing the ingredients of numerous PMM tablets and reading user reviews, we concluded that there aren't many completely safe products on the market. And only a few tablet varieties are reasonably priced. We conducted several tests on each tablet variety and compiled a rating based on this data.

1. Nordland PMM tablets came in first place.
2. In second place we placed the very worthy Attitude tablets.
3. Third place went to a product with a funny little frog on the Frosch package.

We'll definitely talk about the leaders of our rating a little later. Note that the top three didn't include the highly-toutedFinish tablets or Fairy. This is because they contain substances that don't wash off completely from dishes, but end up in our bodies with food every time.

The amount of these substances may be negligible, but if you eat from dishes washed with such a product for several years, you can develop some kind of chronic gastrointestinal disease.

Ecover and Sodasan tablets, which took fourth and fifth place in our rankings, are considered good products. They didn't make the main round due to their low dishwashing effectiveness, but in terms of eco-friendliness, they surpass even the above-mentioned products.

Nordland

Italian tablets for dishwashers are good in terms of effectiveness and composition. They do not contain phosphates or chlorine, and their cleaning efficiency is ensured by the action of active oxygen and enzymes. The product is considered not only safe for human health, but also harmless to the environment, since all its components decompose without problems.

These tablets are unique in that they dissolve well in both warm and cold water. They also effectively remove caked-on grease, vegetable stains, sauces, and other stains, including burnt-on ones. Our experts noted only limited effectiveness against coffee and tea stains, but these tablets are streak-free and leave dishes sparkling. Here are some reviews of this product.
