Duration and application of the guarantee

• interference with the design, violation of the external integrity of the device;
• violation of operating and storage rules (for example, keeping in conditions of high humidity).

The warranty will also be revoked if the washing machine breaks down due to a natural disaster. You should also ensure that no foreign objects get inside the machine. To avoid warranty denial, be sure to read the instructions before installing and using the washing machine for the first time.

What if the machine breaks down?

3. If the breakdown is due to the consumer's fault, service will be denied.
