How does the machine work?

The appliance's data sheet indicates that the machine is programmed for three cycles: wash, pause, and rinse. The wash cycle lasts 65 seconds, the pause is 5 seconds, and the rinse cycle lasts 10 seconds. The dishes are washed using a pump. It draws detergent from the tank and delivers it to the spray arms. Rinsing is accomplished using hot water drawn from the water heater and delivered to the spray arms.

The pause is necessary to switch between the detergent and hot water flows. The machine's control system can extend the pause between the wash and rinse cycles if the heating element hasn't had time to heat the water, which typically occurs during intensive use. A temperature sensor monitors the heating of the incoming water and prevents cold water from being used for the rinse cycle.

The factory settings for rinsing water are 850C, but it can be decreased or increased by turning the potentiometer screw. If you need to decrease the temperature, rotate the potentiometer counterclockwise; if you need to increase it, rotate it clockwise. It's simple.

If, after adjusting the temperature, the thermal switch that protects the heating element from overheating starts to trip, this means that the rinse water is boiling and the heating temperature must be reduced.

All components must be checked for completeness. The loading table is installed, and then the flexible hose is routed through its bushing and connected to the sprinkler.
