The MMU 1000M is operated by two kitchen workers. One loads and places the dirty dishes in the racks, while the other removes clean dishes from the racks and places them in storage. During operation, the machine is capable of:

pre-wash;
treating dirty dishes with a cleaning solution;
pre-rinse with very hot water, heated to 85⁰WITH;
final rinse with unheated water.

Usage

Before starting the MMU 1000M dishwasher, it is necessary to properly fill the baskets with dirty dishes. Blue cassettes are for glasses. They have special oblong compartments. Green cassettes are more versatile and can even be used for washing cutlery. The dishes are placed tightly. Cassettes containing cutlery must be covered with a special mesh.

We pour detergent into a special tank, place the cassette on the conveyor, and start the dishwasher. The dishes are completely washed and rinsed as they pass through the tunnel. All that remains is to remove the cassette from the conveyor at the exit. The machine should not be left running without a load for more than 10 minutes.

So, it's hard to find a dishwasher on the Russian market that beats the MMU 1000M in terms of features and price. Incidentally, it costs only $7,500, while its closest competitor is $2,000 more expensive. It's worth considering.
