Kaiser washing machine displays error code E07
Like all modern washing machines, the Kaiser washing machine is equipped with a self-diagnostic system. Thanks to this, the machine can immediately detect malfunctions and notify the user via a code on the display. After that, everything is clear – the combination is decoded, and the problem is fixed. The Kaiser often displays error E07. We'll explain in detail what this code means and how to reset it.
The fault that caused the code
The first thing to do is to figure out what the combination E07 means. There won't be any problems with decoding - just look at the factory manual and study the list of error codes. So, the "seven" appears when "Aquastop"—the Kaiser's leak-protection system—is activated. Aquastop operates using three elements:
- valve installed on the inlet hose;
- float placed on the washing machine tray;
- sensor connected to the float.
Code E07 indicates a leak or problem with the electronics!
The Aquastop system operates simply. If a leak occurs, the tray begins to fill with water. As the liquid level rises, so does the float. Once the float levels out, the sensor detects a leak and sends a signal to the valve. In response, the valve membrane closes, blocking water intake, halting the cycle, and generating the E07 code.
To restore normal operation of your Kaiser washing machine, you need to reset the error. This will require identifying and fixing the underlying problem. The following malfunctions and faults can trigger the Aquastop:
- damage to the inlet hose;
- loosening the clamps on the pipes;
- tank leak;
- blockage in the powder receptacle;
- omental rupture;
- pump leak;
- breach of tank tightness due to damaged cuff.
Error E07 also appears when the protection system itself is faulty. Most often, the cause is a disconnected contact or an open circuit. Sometimes, the problem lies with the highly sensitive sensor that reacts to the slightest change in the float's position. A malfunction in the control board is also possible. It's possible that the electronic unit has frozen due to damage, a power surge, or a technical glitch. To determine the cause, a comprehensive diagnostic of the machine will be required.
User actions
If the E07 error appears on the display, don't hesitate – stop the running program immediately and drain the water from the machine. It's important that the machine is completely empty, so we recommend removing the debris filter or using the emergency drain hose. Afterward, disconnect the Kaiser from the power supply, and diagnostics begin.
The inspection begins with the pan. It's important to immediately determine if there's a leak. If the bottom is dry, then the E07 error was displayed due to the fault of the control board or the Aquastop itself. We immediately inspect the wiring connected to the sensor and assess the circuit's integrity. Does everything appear to be in order? Then we contact a service center for an electronics diagnostic. If water is present, we look for the leak. If there is a leak, we need to check the integrity of the key components of the Kaiser fill and drain systems. The instructions for doing so are as follows:
- inspect the inlet hose for cracks;
- check the pipes for leaks;
- get to the pump and assess its integrity;
- feel the cuff for cracks;
- Pull out the dispenser and inspect for blockages and overflow.

The nature of the repair will depend on the problem identified. The cracked hose and seal are replaced with new ones, the pipes are tightened with clamps, and the dispensary is cleared of any blockage. A leaky pump cannot be repaired by hand—replacement is the only solution. Diagnostics continue by removing the rear panel. Unscrew the wall and inspect the back of the tank. If rusty streaks are visible, then the problem is with the worn out oil seal. To fix the situation, you will have to disassemble the Kaiser and repair the bearing assembly.
Before diagnosing and repairing the Kaiser washing machine, it is necessary to disconnect the power supply!
Is there any rust? Then wipe the surface of the tank with a dry cloth. Our task is to check for leaks. If drops of water are visible on the plastic, the problem has been identified. In this case, DIY repairs will be more complicated, as you'll need to remove the tank and thoroughly seal it with sealant. You can resolve the E07 error yourself by inspecting all possible leak points. However, if the pan is dry and there are no problems with the sensor, it's best to contact a service center for an electronics diagnostic.
