- UE – an error occurred with the spin cycle, the laundry in the drum may be unbalanced.
- IE – problem with water entering the drum.
- OE – malfunction with waste fluid drainage.
- DE – problem with hatch door.
- EE – no water heating.
- FE – liquid does not stop filling the drum.
- LE and CE – no drum rotation.
- HE – problem with the electric motor sensor.
- PE – malfunction with water level sensor.
- PF – error related to power supply during the work cycle.
- F03 – no liquid heating.
- E06 – problems with the heating element.
The list of malfunction causes includes two codes for the same issue: LE and CE. Both errors occur when the drum is not rotating, but there are key differences. When the drum does not rotate during washing, rinsing or spinning, a code is displayed LE, and when this happens during spinning, an error appears CE. The first code usually requires repair of the universal joint or bearings, while the second most often appears due to a faulty electric motor.
Testing the Dexp machine
If your appliance periodically displays an error code that then temporarily disappears, you need to find the cause and conduct a thorough diagnostic of your Dexp appliance. You can do this yourself without calling a service center specialist, as manufacturers have built a special test into the appliance's self-diagnosis system. What should you do to activate it?
- Turn on the machine.
- Press and hold two buttons: “Options” and “Temperature”.
- While holding these two keys, press the power button to start the test mode.
- Wait until the diagnostic program starts, and only then release the buttons responsible for the temperature and options.
- Rotate the program selector to test different parts of the washing machine in turn.
