Seven months ago, my wife and I got a Hansa ZIM 628 EH dishwasher. We have three small children, and I'm always at work, so we wanted to make my wife's job easier. Previously, we'd gather in the kitchen together in the evenings and clean. I'd wash the dishes, and my wife would dry them and put them away. This took about an hour almost every day. With the dishwasher, I can now relax on the couch in the evenings. Why did we choose Hansa over Bosch or Electrolux?
- The main reason is finances. We have two loans hanging over us: a mortgage and a car loan. We want expensive equipment, but we have to buy what we can afford.
- Acceptable quality. We've known the Hansa brand for about five years now. We have a Hansa stove and hood in the kitchen. Everything works perfectly and without any problems. The dishwasher is still working well and doesn't break down.
- It cleans well. I rarely use it myself, but my wife is happy with it, saying that the plates and pots are clean.
The beer mugs are especially shiny. I haven't seen them this clean in a long time.
- We have a huge load of 14 place settings. We have friends over once a week, on weekends, and three children, too. This creates a pile of dirty dishes that's very difficult to clean without a large dishwasher.
- The washing machine is built-in. I don't really like appliances on display, so if I have a choice, I always choose something that can be hidden behind a cabinet.
- Reasonable consumption of detergents and water. When you have two loans, you have to economize on everything. The dishwasher helps with this, and I'm happy.
I've recently reconsidered my attitude toward brand-name technology. Now I think it's not worth buying under any circumstances, because you always overpay for the brand. It's better to buy technology from a less-promoted brand. It's often better quality and cheaper. I recommend it!

It so happened that my friend and I bought two identical Hansa dishwashers at the same time. We even got curious to see whose machine would last longer and work better. My friend has already sent her Hansa ZIM 628 EH in for repairs twice in a year and a half. My "helper" works flawlessly, never even having a problem. I admit there are some defective Hansa machines, but they're rare. My friend was just unlucky.

I spent about two days on a dishwasher forum. I read and wrote a bunch of different messages and comments, and picked up a lot of useful advice. The end result was the purchase of the Hansa ZIM 628 EH. I'm delighted with the many useful programs. They really make washing easier, better, and faster. The baskets are excellent. They're adjustable and can be moved higher or lower. When the wash is finished, the machine beeps like a washing machine, which is very convenient. I used to have a dishwasher that didn't beep. I'm very happy with the purchase!

It's great to have a dishwasher in the house. I don't care what brand it is, as long as it cleans dishes well. I'm completely satisfied with Hansa, and I think you'll be too if you buy one. Five stars!

I've been using dishwashers for over five years and I can't imagine how some people manage without them.Bosch dishwasher I bought it second-hand. It was a decent appliance, but it broke after three years. Then I immediately bought a Hansa ZIM 628 EH from the store. The Hansa is much more advanced than my old dishwasher. It has eight programs, a delayed start, you can use 3-in-1 detergents, and it also has leak protection.

A very easy-to-use dishwasher, it washes everything well, and has many programs that are not just there for no reason, but are actually in demand. It washes perfectly, and most importantly it’s quiet; it draws water a little louder. There's a very convenient cutlery shelf. I use it every day, and it uses very little water.

I really like this dishwasher. I've been using it for about a year, and it's completely changed my approach to cooking. I always thought I hated cooking, but it turns out it wasn't the cooking that was the problem, it was the washing up. I hate washing dishes, so it's great that the dishwasher takes care of that chore now. I highly recommend it!

I bought this model because I liked the lighting and the capacity of the dishwasher. After using it, I realized it had more flaws than advantages. We've broken a ton of dishes in six months. Plates keep falling out of the bottom rack during washing. It doesn't clean very well, as white streaks are visible on pots and pans. I shouldn't have bought this model; I should have spent more time researching online.

I was very disappointed with the Hansa ZIM 628 EH. The dishes don't wash well, even though I rinse them before loading them into the baskets. Quite often, various system errors pop up, due to which the washing process stops. I have to restart the machine and reinstall the program. I called a repairman, but the machine didn't return a single error message while he was there, as luck would have it. I shouldn't have listened to the salesperson; I should have used my own judgment and bought a proper machine.

I bought a washing machine online. They delivered it to me with broken sprinklers. I sent it back. A while later, they sent me a Hansa with a broken pump. I've already bombarded their website with angry emails; I won't be doing business with them again. All that's left is to demand my money back. Hansa makes defective equipment, now I understand that!

Terrible instructions and a terrible dishwasher. After installation, I noticed the door panel was crooked. I complained to the installers, but they said the door hinges on the Hansa machine were crooked. They spent about an hour fiddling around, but eventually got the panel mounted more or less evenly. I was happy for a month. Then the pump broke, and I had a strong urge to throw the dishwasher in the trash. Now I'm thinking about it!

The water heater stopped heating after 1.5 years of use. A replacement part costs half the price of the machine. Plus, the light bulb burned out and the water inlet valve doesn't stay on—I have to turn the water off every time.
