Reviews of the Korting KDI 45175 dishwasher
The German-made Korting KDI 45175 built-in dishwasher is another high-quality example from a renowned manufacturer. This model's popularity stems from its low price. Indeed, who would refuse high-quality German appliances that cost as little as some third-rate Chinese product? Let's take a look at this model's specifications and reviews. Anyone who's used this dishwasher for even a couple of months won't be fooled by fancy marketing gimmicks.
Technical specifications
Essentially, the technical specifications of this dishwasher are fairly standard. It doesn't have any extraordinary features, programs, or modes, but it does have a few special features. Specifically:
- a "beam on the floor" indicator that appears after the program has finished, notifying the user that clean dishes can be removed;
- Complete leak protection that will protect your home from possible flooding in the event of a breakdown;
- the ability to use 3 in 1 products instead of regular powder;
- the ability to delay the machine's start for up to 24 hours;
- interior lighting.
It may seem like nothing special, but these small technical additions make using the machine easier and more enjoyable. The Korting KDI 45175 is a narrow built-in dishwasher, with dimensions of 45 x 54 x 82 cm. Despite its narrow body, the car is quite roomy. It claims to hold 10 place settings, but in reality, it holds slightly more. The machine is quite efficient, both in terms of energy consumption (A++) and water consumption (8.5 liters) per cycle, and it also takes a short time to wash.
This dishwasher model is distinguished by its low noise level (44 dB).
The machine has electronic controls and an informative display. The frame is made of high-quality steel and coated with heat- and sound-insulating material. The furniture mounting hardware is very convenient and secure.
Judging by the technical specifications, the machine is quite good, but what people will say about it is a big question. How does the Korting KDI 45175 dishwasher perform in use?

I'm a dishwasher connoisseur. I'm already on my third. This time, I spent a long time choosing wisely. I settled on the Korting KDI 45175. It's a great machine, I must say; even problematic dishes come out sparkling. It fit into my kitchen without any issues, and it works perfectly. I thought it was the perfect dishwasher, and I only paid $420 for it.

The Korting KDI 45175 is a really cool washing machine. A friend who works in a home appliance sales recommended it to me. I've always wanted a good washing machine, preferably German, but their prices were exorbitant. I had to think twice, but then a friend called and said they had some cheaper washing machines, so I went for it. Let me briefly describe the advantages of the Korting KDI 45175.
- Very easy to install, all components fit perfectly.

- There is a backlight, an indicator beam and a bunch of washing programs.
- Works quietly.
- Washes any dishes perfectly.
After five months of use, I haven't found any flaws, but then again, I wasn't really looking for anything. Personally, I like everything, and my wife is happy too.

I was talked into buying the Korting KDI 45175 at the store. I was expecting a slightly cheaper appliance, but in the end, I didn't regret buying this particular brand and model. I don't understand any technical details, and I don't care, as long as my "home helper" does its job well and lasts a long time. I really like the dish baskets. They're convenient and roomy, so you don't have to worry about squeezing in a large pan or pot.
The dish trays can be adjusted in height.

This Korting KDI 45175 wasn't made in Germany, but in some backwater basement. Guys, I've never seen anything like it in my life. Either I'm pathologically unlucky, or the Germans are trying to screw us over in revenge for 1945. I'll tell you the story step by step.
Seven months ago, I bought a new Korting KDI 45175 washing machine from a major appliance store. I decided not to have it delivered and installed, thinking I'd just bring it and install it myself. So that's what I did. Surprisingly, everything went like clockwork. All the components were there, I installed the machine without any problems, and the connection to the utilities went smoothly. However, I initially bought the wrong one. tap for connecting the dishwasher to the water supply, but then quickly corrected the situation, ran to the store and replaced this plumbing element with a more suitable one.
Overall, everything went well, but it turned out to be too good. My new machine worked faithfully for exactly a week. Over the weekend, it froze completely and went silent. No matter how many times I pressed the buttons, turned it on and off, there was no response, and I couldn't even select a program. I returned the machine to the store, and they accepted it well. I got an identical machine in return, and it broke after four months. I sent it to a service center for repairs, and I'm still waiting for the results! Don't buy the Korting KDI 45175 – it's a consumer product!

What a pathetic dishwasher. It costs next to nothing, of course, but it can't really do anything. The capacity is average, it washes dishes poorly, sometimes you have to rewash them. Well, if I were the manufacturer, I wouldn't say anything about it being supposedly quiet. It's a regular machine, and it definitely rattles and gets on your nerves. I'd give it a 2 on a scale of 1 to 5.

The dishwasher is terrible, even though it was made in Europe. Apparently, Europeans can make bad work too. In a year of use, we've had two repairs: one simple, the other quite expensive, even though the dishwasher should be under warranty, but they refused to service it. I'm not happy with either the brand or the model; I wish I'd bought a Bosch, as my friend recommended!
So, despite Korting being a recognized brand for high-quality appliances, not all consumers were pleased with the Korting KDI 45175 model. Perhaps they're just being picky, but we're inclined to believe there's more to this machine than meets the eye. Happy shopping!

A crappy machine, under a well-known brand, made in China. Had I known, I would never have bought it. It's noisy, the cleaning is mediocre, the dish layout is very inconvenient, and the programs are also inconvenient. Before this, I had a Bosch, which worked faithfully for eight years. This one broke after just over a year. I don't recommend it!
