Beko dishwasher reviews

Beko dishwasher reviewsSome consumers have concerns about the build quality of dishwashers from the Turkish brand Beko, especially when compared to the top-selling Bosch. Of course, Beko isn't a competitor to Bosch. Let's analyze the reviews to find out what those who have used or already use these dishwashers say.

BEKO DSFS 1530

Before buying a dishwasher, I combed through a ton of online reviews, searching for a compact model, preferably one with a minimum 10-place setting capacity. I found a dishwasher, and what I liked was the price. I chose a Beko dishwasher, which is now two years old. I bought it online and installed it myself. The top cover was easily removed, so it fit seamlessly under one of the kitchen countertops. It's narrow and doesn't take up much space.

I like the result of washing dishes; there is not even a tea stain left on the glasses. The only downside that cannot be ignored is the lack of a separate rinsing function. The problem is that after any wash cycle, a white residue remains on the dishes, especially noticeable on metal pots and spoons. It would be nice to have an additional rinse, but unfortunately, there's no such option. I resolve this issue by first running the dishwasher on a long cycle, then on a short cycle without adding detergent. Overall, it's a good budget machine, deserving 4 stars.

My husband's birthday gift of a dishwasher was a shock and a delight! It was a real surprise, so I was overwhelmed with emotion when I walked into the kitchen and saw it already working! Of course, I had thought about getting a dishwasher, since washing dishes by hand isn't something anyone enjoys. Overall, it's a great dishwasher that does its job perfectly. For now, I'm using tablets and salt for detergent. There is a small drawback: there is no child lock, the dishwasher can be opened at any time, So you have to be careful. Hot steam escapes when you open the door. All the advantages outweigh this drawback.

BEKO DSFS 1530With the arrival of our third child, my husband had no choice but to comply with my urgent request to buy a dishwasher, otherwise he would be left with mountains of dishes to deal with. So, we bought a Beko dishwasher, which we'd read numerous positive reviews about online.

Now about the advantages of the model, and there are quite a few of them:

  • easy to install and connect, we did it ourselves;
  • quite compact, we found a place for it even in a five-meter kitchen;
  • There are different programs available, there are five of them, choose any one;
  • clear controls, buttons are located on the end of the door, which hides them from children;
  • works quietly, almost inaudibly;
  • It cleans glass glasses perfectly, you can't wash them like that by hand.

It turns out you can wash not only dishes but also toys in the machine, which is very important to us. We like the tablets because they're easy to load. The model does have some drawbacks. There's an odor inside the machine, but it doesn't stick to the dishes, but my husband says this is common with many dishwashers, as he works in a restaurant. This dishwasher is also a bit small; I'd like a larger unit, as the oven tray won't fit, but the kitchen's dimensions prevented us from buying a 60 cm wide model. Pots and pans with burnt food do not clean well in the dishwasher, and the model does not have a child safety lock.

I wasn't impressed with the drying system either; it's practically nonexistent. For best drying results, you have to open the door. I was also disappointed by the small capacity of the dishes; in my opinion, it's definitely not enough for 10 place settings, although over time I've learned to load more than I initially did. Basically, I have to run the washer 2-3 times a day.

Even with these downsides, I'm glad I have it. I recommend it to everyone.

BEKO DIS 5831

Ilya

We've been using our dishwasher for four months now. We bought the Beko DIS 5831 for our baby's birth so we wouldn't waste time washing dishes. We usually run the two-hour program #7, as it washes everything, including baby bottles. We rarely use the one-hour program for lightly soiled dishes. We use separate detergent, rinse aid, and salt from the Finish company, The tablets are a bit expensive, about twice as much.

To prevent stains from remaining on dishes, it has been established through experience that this does not depend on the detergent, but on the correct dosage of rinse aidTherefore, I recommend paying special attention to this. To ensure the dishes dry properly after washing, it's best to leave the door slightly open for about 10 minutes; this allows hot dishes to dry faster. If you run the dishwasher overnight, the noise is audible, but we don't pay any attention to it during the day.

Overall, it cleans SUPERBLY! Our kitchen dishes looked just like this right out of the box—no matter how hard we try, you can't achieve that result by hand. And we don't put Teflon or rusty items in the machine, so everything else is perfect, a real treat.

BEKO DIS 5831The Beko dishwasher is truly excellent. I mostly use the 1-hour cycle and the 6-hour cycle, but I rarely use the 2-hour cycle. The dishes dry perfectly on the full cycle, but on the short cycle, I have to open the door a little. The dishes are sparkling clean after the machine, and it's a pleasure to take them out clean and dry.

Overall, I'm happy with the car; it washes well. However, I can only give it a 3 overall, and I'll explain why. Firstly, the door closes a little crookedly and rubs against the side of the dishwasher, It's not noticeable under the countertop. Secondly, out of the eight programs, when I turn it on, for some reason, program 4 is always suggested, even though I like program 3. I have to scroll through the entire list of programs until I get to number 3. I have no other complaints about the unit.

Like many others, I chose the Beko DIS 5831 dishwasher after reading reviews, so I decided to share my impressions. This Beko model receives the best reviews. The description matches the actual features. Since it's a built-in model, it doesn't have a door panel. The door doesn't stay open until you hang it. But the most important thing is that it cleans dishes perfectly, even the dirtiest ones. The controls are user-friendly, and you can delay the start. One thing to note: the fastest wash cycle with powder is about 50 minutes, and with tablets, 1 hour 15 minutes.

I've had two dishwashers, and they're like night and day. Now I have a Beko, and I can say that everything about it is substandard. Its only advantage, which is also probably its downside, is the low price. The repairman was also surprised by my complaints, asking why they bought a Beko if they wanted a quality dishwasher. It doesn't clean everything very well; to get impressive results, you'll have to do some manual work first. You have to clean the dishes, rinse and soak the dirtiest items beforehand, and then don't forget to turn on the pre-rinse function in the dishwasher. But even then, 8 times out of 10, the pans don't get clean.

For some unknown reason, the spray arms clog up too quickly, forcing me to clean and rinse everything after every third wash. There's no self-cleaning feature. The advertised tablet detection feature is missing; I have to manually enable it. Besides cleaning poorly, it dries poorly. The only convenient features I find are the spoon and fork compartment, the adjustable basket height, and the delayed start feature.

After a year of use, the coating on the metal baskets peeled off, leading to rust. I will also say that the installation is not as simple as it may seem.I'd also like to point out the door; it doesn't close properly, and there have been two leaks since then. 10 sets won't fit in the car. Some sets may be small, but mine don't. I bought the car after reading positive reviews online, and now I've decided to add my negative one so you have a clearer picture of this machine.

I'll say it right away: don't buy Beko appliances. The dishwasher, a DIS 5831, is built-in, and it fits perfectly into my outbuilding after it burned out due to a power surge. It turns out the manufacturer doesn't care about the user at all. They could have installed a fuse, like reputable brands do. I disassembled the unit and saw where the fuses had burned out on the control board. It became clear it couldn't be repaired; it's easier to buy a new one. I don't recommend buying such an unreliable dishwasher.

BEKO DFN 1001 X

Minoush

BEKO DFN 1001 XI love my dishwasher, which has been working for over two years. The smart BEKO DFN 1001 X dishwasher has the One Touch feature. This allows you to select a mode with just one touch of a button, as it automatically selects the dishwashing mode thanks to various sensors. The sensors detect not only water turbidity but also flow rate and even water hardness.

Once started, the machine notifies you of all its actions, displaying detailed information on the screen about the program's progress, water, and energy consumption. The 13-placeholder capacity is sufficient for four people, two of whom are children. Dishes accumulate inside the dishwasher throughout the day, and the process begins in the evening. I'm very pleased with the wash results; everything is perfectly clean, even the pots and glasses.

The only thing that doesn't come off is the meat broth residue. But that doesn't bother me, because after washing, it's easily removed with a napkin.

I'll note a slight drawback to the dishwasher's intelligence. Tap water in the house is usually cloudy due to impurities, and the dishwasher selects a cycle based on the water's turbidity, so it usually chooses a long cycle, which isn't always convenient. Only a few times did the dishwasher automatically select a 40-minute cycle, which didn't affect the cleaning performance. Therefore, the advice is this: if the tap water is of poor quality, you should not buy this Beko model.

Kakadi

I chose this dishwasher model more for its color than its features, as I didn't want a classic white one that looked like a washing machine. Because of this, some of the downsides of this full-size machine went unnoticed. The main drawback is that the machine is completely preset; it selects everything and starts the program automatically, so no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't select anything myself. Neither a half load nor a quick cycle were available.

Although it selects everything automatically based on sensor readings, it always sets the longest wash time. It doesn't clean badly, but it's not perfect either. I use it a couple of times a day, and despite everything, I'm very happy with it.

Reviews of other Beko dishwasher models

All our appliances in the house are Beko, including the dishwasher, and we chose the DSFS 4530. We didn't have any specific requirements when buying a dishwasher; we wanted something affordable and functional. After numerous meals, the kitchen piles up with dirty dishes, which now end up in the dishwasher rather than the sink. At the end of the day, the wash cycle starts, and within 40 minutes, everything is spotless. I especially like the quick mode. With a small daughter, the dishwasher is simply indispensable.

We've had a dishwasher in our house for about a month now. Not everyone in a big city can afford one, so my husband and I finally decided to buy one. We bought the BEKO DFS26010W because it was the only one available at our store, and we had no other options. We connected it ourselves without any problems. The chamber is large and can hold a lot of dishes. We immediately started using the 35-minute quick wash cycle. The dishes are sparkling clean, and I'm very happy. We haven't found any defects in a month, and the salt hasn't run out yet. I recommend it to everyone.
