Reviews of Korting dishwashers
The German brand Korting, surprisingly, is little known in Germany. However, it is well known in Eastern Europe and Russia. In particular, Korting dishwashers are gaining popularity among consumers due to their low price and perceived high quality. We asked consumers how good a Korting dishwasher really is, and here are the reviews they received.
Reviews of the Korting KDF 2095 dishwasher
Elena, Moscow
I've been using dishwashers for about eight years now. My mom has a large Bosch dishwasher; it's been working like a charm since 2007. Every time I visited, I was dying to buy one myself; I was so tired of washing dishes by hand. My husband and I debated over where to fit one in our small kitchen, but every conversation ended in arguments – there's no extra space, absolutely no room! Then one day, a friend, hearing about our problem, suggested we look at countertop dishwashers. Less than two weeks later, I finally got my "invaluable helper," the Korting KDF 2095, in my kitchen. I'm so happy, but I'll tell you everything in order.
I can't compare the Korting KDF 2095 with other compact models, as I only have occasional experience using a full-size Bosch dishwasher. However, I will share my own thoughts.
- Mom's large dishwasher does a great job of cleaning pots, pans, baking dishes, and duck pans from caked-on fat. Our Korting KDF 2095 simply cannot accommodate large dishes, and even if it does, it does not wash them completely.
- Medium and small sized dishes, when arranged correctly, wash perfectly, both for us and for my mother.
- The Bosch dishwasher has good wash programs that last about an hour. Our Korting dishwasher only cleans dishes well if you set it to a program that lasts 2 hours and 15 minutes—not very convenient, although I've gotten used to it.
- When choosing a dishwasher, noise was a key issue for us. The Korting is fine—not quiet, but not noisy either, about the same as a washing machine in wash mode. It seems to be quieter than my mom's Bosch.
- My mom's dishwasher takes up an entire corner of the kitchen. My husband hung our Korting dishwasher on special brackets just below the wall cabinet (at about shoulder height). It's very convenient to use and doesn't take up any space.
Also, my mom's dishwasher holds three times as many dishes as ours, but we have fewer people in our apartment, so it's fine—it's enough. In short, draw your own conclusions; I'm completely satisfied with the purchase and have no regrets. However, if you have the opportunity to buy and install a large dishwasher, then it is better to buy a larger one; it is objectively more functional.

I still don't understand why I bought this Korting KDF 2095. I considered Candy and Indesit, both good models at a low price. To say I regret the purchase is an understatement. When it was new, it wouldn't wash any dishes. A service technician came, removed the spray arm, and was amazed to find that almost all the nozzles were filled with plastic. But after 30 minutes of cursing and fiddling with an awl, the "wonderful" Korting KDF 2095 dishwasher finally started washing dishes more or less.
The story doesn't get any better after that. A week passed, and the dishwasher stopped draining. I immediately called a repairman (thankfully, it was under warranty), and he said that it needed to be replace the pump in the dishwasher I called someone, they came, took my dishwasher to the service center, and it's been two weeks since they repaired it. I'm seriously considering filing a complaint; this dishwasher is a real pain. I want to exchange it or get my money back—I'm just dying!

Reviews of the Korting KDI 4575 dishwasher
Lyudmila, Kamyshinsk
This is a wonderful, very roomy dishwasher. It installed without any problems right away; my husband did everything himself and, surprisingly, completed the job in just 40 minutes, including cigarette breaks. It doesn't rattle when running and washes dishes well, though I had a hard time arranging the plates and pots correctly, and I had trouble choosing the right settings, but everything worked out well later. If you're buying a new dishwasher, don't make the same mistakes I did. Read the instructions carefully and choose better detergents, otherwise you'll be unhappy with your dishwasher.

Most Korting dishwashers are made in China, which makes them reasonably priced. The salesperson tried to convince me that Korting is German. Yes, the brand may be German, but such cars are not produced in Germany. So, I bought the Korting KDI 4575. It's inexpensive, works well, and holds a lot of dishes. My wife is happy and doesn't complain, which is the main thing. I give it a 5-star rating.
Reviews of the Korting KDI 6030 dishwasher
Alina, Yekaterinburg
I'm very pleased with this dishwasher and consider it a great purchase, so I'm sharing my joy with everyone. Firstly, I really like the drying function; dishes dry in a flash, and you can take out perfectly clean plates. Secondly, if you forget to put something in the sink, you can interrupt the program, add whatever you want, and then continue washing. You can even stop the wash halfway through and change the program. Thirdly, the Korting KDI 6030 is very quiet; the noise is low and not at all annoying. I recommend it to anyone tired of washing dishes by hand.

The Korting KDI 6030 dishwasher does not wash dishes well and dries them poorly. Almost all programs come out wet with some food residue stuck to them – it’s just awful. My first Indesit dishwasher cleaned much better. I should have gotten a new Indesit and saved myself the hassle. Now I don't know where to sell this miracle machine. I'll try returning it to the store; maybe they'll take it back.
In conclusion, it's worth noting that reviews of Korting dishwashers are quite mixed. Some people like these machines, but there are many who are extremely dissatisfied, so be careful when purchasing and check everything thoroughly.

The dishwasher is crap... a year after the warranty expired, I lost my mind and replaced it for 13,000 rubles. Exactly two years later, water started leaking from the bottom. Bottom line: almost 30,000 rubles in three years, and I'm still waiting for the repairman's verdict on the leak. For that kind of money, I could have gotten a better machine.
We bought a KDI 4540 on the advice of the salesperson. It's a complete disaster. It barely cleans dishes (if the dishes are freshly soiled, they'll wash off, but if they sit unwashed for a day, they'll come out the same way they go in). We called a repairman. The repairman asked over the phone if the dishwasher was running a full wash cycle, heating up, and draining the water. He answered yes to everything. Ultimately, the repairman didn't show up because there was nothing to fix. Basically, we wasted our money and won't buy any more appliances from this company.
After New Year's, we decided to buy a dishwasher. We spent the whole day shopping and ended up buying a Kerting KDI 4550. While we were installing it, I read some absolutely terrible reviews. We installed it and have been using it for two weeks. Everything is perfect. It washes clean, dries perfectly, and there are no streaks. The quality of the wash depends on the detergent you choose. Drying depends on a good rinse aid. And any appliance, of any brand, can break down. Even the most well-known ones. Happy shopping!
We bought Korting KDI 45165 on the advice of the seller, it started leaking after the third dish wash.
We bought a KDI 4540 dishwasher. It's terrible! Don't buy it, you'll waste your money!
I've been using a Korting dishwasher for over 8 years, and I'm very happy with it. I have a large one with 12 place settings, but unfortunately I can't remember the model. It's a good dishwasher; it easily cleans burnt-on baking sheets, plates, baking pans, and even crystal. It's a good machine.
