Lex dishwasher reviews
LEX, a young (in business since 2005) and rapidly growing Italian company, recently entered the Russian market, offering a variety of home appliances. LEX dishwashers have generated the most interest among consumers. While the range isn't extensive, it's already clear that consumers are actively purchasing them. What's so appealing about LEX dishwashers? Let's find out.
LEX PM 6042

I recently became the owner of an unusual LEX PM 6042 dishwasher. I'd never seen this brand before, but what a surprise! The salesperson recommended it to me, saying it was a new model and was selling well. I bought it without hesitation, as the price was right. This machine vaguely resembles older models. Bosch dishwashers, but it also has its own peculiarities.
- There is no display, but there is electronic control and a system of indicators that show everything you need.
- There is complete protection against leaks (this is also typical for Bosch dishwashers).
- There's a delay start feature, but it's just as limited as on Bosch appliances. You can set the delay for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 9 hours, in 3-hour increments. It's quite inconvenient.
Many modern dishwashers have a delayed start of 1-24 hours. Why not set this program for all appliances? It's so easy.
- There's no half-load feature, and only four programs are available. These are, in most cases, quite sufficient.
- It washes well, isn't too loud, and the baskets are quite convenient.
Frankly, I'm not thrilled with my new washing machine, but I don't think there's anything to complain about either. It does its job, but I wouldn't recommend it; I'd rather shop around. For this price, you can buy a washing machine with better features these days. I can't speak to the LEX PM 6042's reliability; it's only been 3.5 months. If it breaks down quickly, I'll definitely let you know.

I really liked the dishwasher. Most importantly, it cleans dishes well and holds a decent amount thanks to the well-placed baskets. The baskets can be rearranged and transformed, allowing them to accommodate even more dishes, especially large ones. There are no dead spots for the spray arms, even if you deviate slightly from the dish placement guidelines. The machine is inexpensive, and the store gave me a good discount. I'm happy with the purchase!
LEX PM 4542

Our family finally got a dishwasher. I'm especially happy because I'm often the one receiving the evening gift of a mountain of dirty dishes. A month ago, I ordered the narrow LEX PM 4542. It doesn't hold much—9 place settings—but it's still a big deal. We pile up dirty dishes throughout the day, and in the evenings, I come home from work and load the dishwasher to the brim. It's a big plus—it gives me an extra 40 minutes to kick up my feet on the couch. I highly recommend it!

Personally, I couldn't find any redeeming qualities in this dishwasher. It's true that "don't look a gift horse in the mouth," but my relatives could have chosen a better machine for the money. It has very few modern features, and it cleans terribly. There's no 3-in-1 tablet compartment, and I don't like washing with detergent—it's inconvenient. Basically, I returned my old Candy from the dacha and took the new LEX PM 4542 there. I'll be washing dishes on vacation this summer. My verdict: don't buy it!

The machine is terrible, and the assembly is terrible. The heater broke a week later, and there are no spare parts. The service center refuses to take it, even though they are obligated to. I don't know what to do now. Once again, I'm convinced that you should buy appliances from trusted and familiar brands.

I bought this washing machine at my own risk because there are no reviews. Apparently, I was one of the first buyers in Russia to trust the Lex brand. The risk was worthless. I shouldn't have listened to the salesperson, who blatantly lied to me. The machine is terrible. It doesn't wash well, rattles very loudly, and often freezes. Installation was also a problem. I give it two stars!

This dishwasher is terrible, loud as a tractor, and my little daughter is terrified of it. It feels like it was designed half-heartedly. The baskets hold a lot of dishes, but it's useless because the spray arms don't reach everything. What's more, this rattling machine doesn't even have a display. It's so last century.

This dishwasher is incredibly unreliable. I'm a good-natured person and try to be objective, but this machine has driven me crazy. Not only does it perform its functions poorly, but it also broke after 3 months. The only consolation is that I paid very little for this machine, let them choke on it, I don’t even want to repair it.

Lex dishwashers are of the lowest quality. It's a shame our retailers stock them. I've been selling appliances myself for five years now, and I can tell you for sure that Lex machines have never been up to par. The last time a customer returned a LEX PM 6063, the heating element was broken. It's a built-in model, and I can imagine how many problems it's already caused them, and how many more it will cause, since we won't accept returns. It's terrible; I wouldn't buy one of those.

We bought a dishwasher in November 2016. It broke today, and the repair shop refuses to service it. They don't even know the brand. It looks like we'll have to buy another dishwasher not because of the brand, but because at least they'll have spare parts for it, if needed.
I don't recommend buying it. It doesn't clean dishes. They're wet. It broke after a month of use. The heating element burned out. There are no spare parts. They promised to replace it with a new one, I've been waiting two months, and the answer is the same: out of stock.
This dishwasher is terrible! The "intensive" cycle, specifically for dirty dishes, leaves them dirty! The outside of the dishes isn't washed, leaving a greasy residue! What a nightmare! I don't understand why they keep the dishes in the dishwasher for 170 minutes just to take them out when they're barely clean. What does it do all that time? Horrible! After the cycle, the inside is still wet. I can only hope it breaks soon and I can buy a normal one with a clear conscience. I supposedly received this one as a gift for ordering a kitchen 🙂
I agree with most! My friends use the 30-minute setting. It washes cleaner. This one just bakes the dirt in.
Well, I don't know. Everything works fine for me. Maybe I should set the dishes out correctly and read the instructions?
