Zigmund & Shtain dishwasher reviews
Products from the relatively young German company Zigmund & Shtain aren't particularly popular in Germany. Due to intense competition in its home country, the company has virtually no sales markets, but outside the EU, the brand is well-known and loved. Zigmund & Shtain dishwashers are affordable and of relatively high quality. Many experts claim this, but we'd like to hear what ordinary users think. What do they have to say?

This machine is somewhat similar to my old Bosch dishwasher, but it cleans better. It only has three wash programs, but it does have a half-load function. Judging by the number of features, it doesn't seem like a budget machine. It has absolutely everything you need, except beam on the floorI am quite happy with my new car and will recommend it to my friends.

I was perplexed when the store clerk suggested I buy a Zigmund & Shtain dishwasher. I thought the brand was odd, as I'd never heard of it before. I usually hear about other brands like Samsung, Indesit, Beko, Bosch, and Candy, but here I was with Zigmund & Stein—very strange. But the manager was very helpful, spent a lot of time with me, and patiently explained all the advantages of this machine. I decided to buy it. It was delivered and installed quickly, and now I haven't touched a sponge or a bottle of Fairy for two months. What advantages did I notice about the Zigmund & Shtain DW139.4505X?
- It's narrow, which means it saves space, and it's roomy. The wash bin is designed very well; you can even fit large pots in it.
- It is built-in and is installed quite easily, and the front of the door fits like a glove.
- The machine has a half-load mode, but I don’t use it; I try to accumulate more dishes.
At half load, the machine washes either the items in the upper basket or the lower basket, depending on the settings.
- The machine has full leak protection and three wash programs. It seems a bit limited for a modern dishwasher, but I don't feel any shortage.
I think this dishwasher deserves five stars, although some people might find it a bit simple. The most important thing is that it performs its function well and works reliably. At least I hope so, time will tell!

This German dishwasher is affordable and decent quality. It has good wash programs, child safety locks, and leak protection. Plus, its 45 cm body allows for built-in installation. I bought it a month ago. I recommend it to everyone!

I've never seen a quiet dishwasher for such a low price, and the Zigmund & Shtain DW129.4509X is incredibly quiet. It cleans dishes and cutlery very cleanly, without stains or streaks. The fork and spoon tray is very convenient, and the glass holder is very clever. At first, I was afraid the machine would damage the dishes, but fortunately, that didn't happen.

The Zigmund & Shtain DW129.4509X holds a lot of dishes, despite its narrow frame. It fits a little less than our old freestanding full-size Candy dishwasher, but not by much. It cleans well, especially if you use the pre-soak mode for dried-on dishes. It has a compartment for 3-in-1 tablets, which dissolve beautifully, infusing the water with chemicals and allowing the dirt to be washed away. The Zigmund & Shtain is a great option!

After three weeks of use, the machine suddenly started making a humming noise while filling with water, and then it stopped filling altogether. No system errors were displayed, so I didn't know what to think. I called a technician, who fiddled around with it for a bit and then said the dishwasher needed to be taken in for service. This news really upset me. Now I don't know how long I'll have to live without it, and I've already started getting used to it.

This dishwasher isn't German at all; the company is simply registered in Germany. All production is in China, but that doesn't make it any worse. I've been using the Zigmund & Shtain DW129.6009X for about a year now, and I haven't found any issues with it. It holds a lot of laundry, does its job perfectly, and isn't noisy. It has a display and a user-friendly menu that even a grandmother can figure out. It's full-size and fully recessed, just what I was looking for.
I installed it completely on my own, no problems with it and no need to buy anything extra.

The Zigmund & Shtain DW129.6009X isn't the cheapest, but it's definitely worth a place in my kitchen. I've had a bad experience with a dishwasher before, and the second time around, I decided to do all I could to find the right one. I think I succeeded.

This dishwasher is simply packed with features. It's quiet and does a fantastic job of cleaning dishes and kitchenware. I even tried washing sneakers in it, and it worked out pretty well, more gently than a washing machine. It has built-in leak protection and a 24-hour delay timer. It has a whopping nine wash programs, which I think is a record for a dishwasher, or at least something close. Great machine!

I wanted to get a budget-friendly full-size dishwasher from Zigmund & Shtain, and my dream came true—the main thing was to motivate my husband properly. Its width is 60 cm, and this almost backfired. I had to slightly rearrange the kitchen cabinets to make it fit. It cleans perfectly, but you need to arrange the dishes correctly and use a good detergent. Pay close attention to the arrangement of the dishes; even a slight misplacement will result in you washing them again.
Oleg, Syktyvkar
This machine has a spacious washing chamber. The baskets are fully adjustable and well-shaped, accommodating everything from plates and cups to larger dishes. The machine only has three programs: normal, intensive, and quick. As a bonus, there's a half-load mode, but I find it completely useless because we have a large family and always have piles of dirty dishes. It's a great workhorse, highly recommended!

I purchased Zigmund & Shtain DW139.6005X with a manufacturing defect. The mechanic told me that the electronics in these cars often malfunction. What a news, and they didn't say a word about it to me at the mall. They're ripping us off everywhere; you never know when you'll get into trouble. It's been a while, and I can't return the car. The mechanics suggested replacing the control module under warranty. Let them do it, what else can they do?

I found a few good reviews about this dishwasher online and fell for the hype. It's the worst machine I've ever seen, as it doesn't clean properly, either with or without detergent. It had problems from day one, so I returned it just to be on the safe side. Don't bother with Chinese appliances, especially ones with German names.

The Zigmund and Shtain dishwasher works perfectly. We wash the dishes twice a day because we're currently having relatives over. My wife uses half a tablet of Finish, and everything comes out clean. The dishes come out squeaky clean, dry, and hot.
Valentina, Nizhny Novgorod
The inlet valve failed. That's how my husband described the problem, and the repairman who came out confirmed it. This all happened three months after purchase, so much for German-Chinese reliability. Before the breakdown, the dishwasher worked quite well, but it's a shame it didn't last long.

The washing machine is six years old. The baskets, both the upper and lower, have started to rot, and it doesn't wash well, so the Chinese don't make it very well. I have a comparison: I have a 14-year-old Bosch, made in Germany. It washes perfectly, and everything is in excellent condition. If I had known it was made in China, I wouldn't have bought it. I don't recommend anyone buy it; it's nothing but a headache.
