Bosch WLG20265OE Washing Machine Reviews

They're far from the most expensive laundry machines, but they're certainly the most beloved—or so the manufacturer would like to think. Today, we've decided to take a closer look at the Bosch WLG20265OE washing machine, especially since it's garnering increasing customer reviews. Let's take a closer look at what people think and gather more objective information about this machine.

I'm very grateful to the manufacturer of my Bosch washing machine. My "baby" works flawlessly, washing clothes efficiently and gently. It has full leak protection, which saved our house from flooding. It so happened that I rushed out to the store for groceries and left the machine washing. While I was running, the water pressure spiked, the neighbor's riser pipe burst two floors below, and my washing machine's inlet hose was damaged.

It's good that the leak protection blocked the machine and contained the water flow; otherwise, it would have been bad. I'm glad it's super reliable and super safe. I highly recommend it!

I've been using the Bosch WLG20265OE washing machine for five months now, and my impressions are extremely positive. It washes just as it should, as if the manufacturer had designed it specifically for me. Bosch has many advantages overall.

  1. It stands rooted to the spot, even when I turn on the spin cycle at maximum speed.
  2. There is a display that shows all the necessary information, including a countdown to the end of the washing program.
  3. There are the fastest programs that wash in 30 minutes and even 15 minutes.

I often use the pre-wash program, it’s a very useful program when you have a mountain of dirty laundry.

  1. The body is assembled securely, and the machine looks attractive on the outside.

In my opinion, you can buy this washing machine with confidence; Bosch won't let you down. Moreover, the price is quite reasonable.

After four days of use, I didn’t find anything bad about the machine. I managed to wash the jacket, the result is amazing. I'll hold off on making any definitive assessments for now, but I think everything will be fine. The price is a bit high!

Every time I bring home a mountain of dirty clothes from preschool, both my daughter and my son are little more than pigs. I have to wash a lot of really dirty clothes, but my new Bosch washing machine does an excellent job. I also love how well it rinses the laundry; it's fantastic. It also washes my husband's oil-based clothes well, but I use the pre-soak feature. I highly recommend it!

Sofia, Barnaul

I got this washing machine as a wedding gift from my mother. I've been using it for three years now and have no complaints. It's seen all sorts of things over the years, from dirty tablecloths to greasy jackets to week-old socks. It washes beautifully, no doubt about it. It's a little noisy, especially when spinning, but it doesn't wobble or run away. This washing machine is a great gift, even if you're giving it to yourself.

Alexander, Pskov

I've been washing for a month and a half, everything is fine. No complaints about the assembly or the washing process; the programs were chosen conscientiously. I recommend taking it!

Olga, Chelyabinsk

I'm still testing this machine. At first glance, everything seems fine; it washes laundry well. I'm happy and recommend it to everyone!

For a long time I had a washing machine at home Indesit IWSD 51051, but unfortunately, it quickly went down the drain. Two months ago, I was able to buy a Bosch WLG20265OE, which is a steal compared to the Indesit. It did cost me a bit more than the Indesit, but I don't regret the extra cost. Five stars for Bosch!

Just yesterday I bought a washing machine at the Eldorado shopping center and did a test wash. Everything was fine, but this morning I discovered a puddle in the bathroom. It turned out that water was leaking from the drum, which I'd left open for ventilation. After my husband turned off the tap, the water stopped. This machine is a complete disaster!

The machine seems pretty good compared to others. But there are some significant downsides. It's very noisy and wrinkles laundry and clothes. It turns out the maximum 5 kg load is only possible in the Cotton and Baby Clothes modes; otherwise, the drum can only hold 2-2.5 kg of laundry. I'm no expert, but I think this is incorrect. When overloaded, the machine starts jumping. In my opinion, the drum is too small for this load, the same as in machines with a 3.5 kg load.

I also don't like how the rubber band gets so deformed during the spin cycle; I don't think it will last long. A lot of water remains under the rubber band, which has to be wiped off with a cloth. The only advantage is that you can add more laundry after the program has started, and you can do this without draining the water.

Terrible appliance! It washes terribly, leaving bedding and other laundry very wrinkled. It looks like a jumping hare during the spin cycle. That's the Russian Bosch for you. Before this new machine, I had a German Bosch that lasted 12 years, and I won't buy that brand again.

The seller and manufacturer are deliberately deceiving consumers with this machine. The machine seems okay and washes normally, but its flaws outweigh everything else. I don't recommend this machine. The problem is that the instructions claim it's completely leak-proof. In reality, the washing machine doesn't even have a drip tray; in short, there's no protection at all. If a leak occurs, you'll have to turn off the tap, as water will quickly spill onto the floor.

We replaced the Electrolux machine with a Bosch, and I can say that the Bosch is much worse and does not live up to the stated quality. The main defect in the design. The detergent drawer won't flush; the powder gets clogged in the hole, causing all the water to leak out the top—about 15 liters—and end up on the floor. I have to clean and rinse the hole under the drawer, then restart the wash cycle without the powder, or add it back into the drum. I'm not happy with this.

This washing machine doesn't rinse properly; the detergent remains on the clothes, no matter how many rinse cycles I run. The sellers don't care; it's not a defect, everything works, and they have no plans to replace the machine. It's very strange that the detergent doesn't rinse out. We even tried liquid detergent and a smaller dose, but nothing changed. The manufacturer claims that the machine meets its specifications, heats water, turns on, and starts washing, and the fact that the detergent doesn't rinse out is irrelevant. I recommend avoiding Bosch washing machines, especially those with a non-detachable drum.
