It's only beautiful on the outside, but the rest of the design is a failure. It literally shakes when you spin it. The assembly is simply terrible; I don't know who put it together.    Any washing machine needs to be grounded. Otherwise, it won't give you an electric shock. It's a good washing machine; I've been using it for about five years now. It used to give you a light shock until I grounded it.
