Candy GVW 264 DC-07 Washing Machine Reviews
It's rare to find a budget washing machine with a wide range of programs, especially one with a drying function. Candy has taken every possible approach, but is it really true? How well the advertised programs work and the build quality of this machine are revealed in user reviews.

My wife really likes this washing machine, and I liked it too. drying functionAt first, we were incredibly nervous, afraid of being disappointed. We liked the price of this machine, so we settled on it. For the same price, you could count on equipment from LG, but without a drying function. On the other hand, the drying process in Kandy, according to reviews, is better than that of the Koreans. Basically, this machine now sits like a rock and doesn't bounce around.
The machine is quiet, which is a plus. Sometimes I doubted it was working at all, and had to watch it. It dries beautifully; all that's left to do is iron. The few issues were resolved after two weeks of use. There was a strong odor when drying, so we only used jeans and socks. The powder drawer also had trouble sliding out at first. Now everything works fine. The machine is great.

The Candy washer-dryer is a perfectly acceptable model. It works as advertised. We installed the anti-vibration pads right away, although we didn't need them. It washes and dries clothes well, and it's inexpensive. No complaints about this model.

The Candy GVW 264 DC-07 washing machine is an excellent appliance that has freed us from drying clothes in the bathroom. More than half of the laundry can be folded straight into the closet without ironing. It has many short programs, and it washes and dries beautifully. I liked the appearance and quiet operation. For the price, everything is justified; similar machines with a dryer would cost at least $370, while this one costs only $220. A minor drawback is the cabinet depth, including all the protrusions, of 48 cm, but it's not a deal-breaker.

We're 100% satisfied with this washing machine, even though it has its drawbacks. It's neatly assembled, so we have no complaints. The counterweights are decent, so it stands firmly. We appreciate the three quick modes. We don't use the dryer often, mostly when we need to dry something by morning. It's convenient that the drying function can be turned on independently of the wash cycle, so it's separate.
One downside is that water often remains in the tray and doesn't drain completely. The end-of-cycle sound is also barely audible; I wish it were a little louder. I also didn't like the quality of the plastic; I had to file down the sharp edges with a knife. I was originally planning on buying an LG, but the price, size, and feature set swayed me to the Candy, and I don't regret it at all; in fact, I highly recommend it.

This is a wonderful washing machine that we recently got and is undergoing all sorts of testing. First of all, it's definitely worth mentioning that it's priced favorably compared to its competitors. It's also compact, which is rare for models with a dryer. This is especially important when space is limited. Ours fits perfectly under the kitchen counter. I'm very pleased with the drying system; even cotton clothes dry well and don't wrinkle. The drying time can be adjusted depending on the load. I like the short cycles of 14, 30, and 45 minutes.
The noise level is within normal limits, both during spinning and washing, the machine operates quietly.

I completely accidentally bought a washing machine that not only washes but also dries. My budget was limited to $250, so I wasn't really thinking about bells and whistles, but when I came across this machine, I just had to buy it. The main criteria were the slim size and the Candy brand, as my old machine was from that brand and is now living out its life at the dacha.
I'm trying to run it more often to catch any problems before the warranty expires. So far, so good; it's only been three months, but I'm already happy. It can dry up to 4 kg of laundry, although in my opinion, it dries more, taking almost four hours. After that, the laundry is ready to be ironed and put away. In short, the dryer has proven useful, but if you're saving energy, you might as well just leave it off; at 1200 rpm, the laundry is almost dry. Also, after the first few uses, there was an unpleasant odor left on the laundry. I consider the 59-minute wash cycle to be the most optimal. So far, I am very, very happy with the machine.

When our washing machine, which had been in use for many years, broke down, we decided to buy a washer-dryer. We settled on this one after finding a lot of information about it online. It's been working flawlessly for four months now. We especially liked the quick wash/dry cycle, which takes just 59 minutes. Jeans and a T-shirt come out clean and dry after this cycle.

Before this one, I had a washing machine with a dryer, but it was an LG brand. It broke after three years of use. We quickly got used to the good stuff, so we decided to stick with the dryer. I'll share my first impressions. The assembly is terrible, for several reasons:
- joint on the body with an uneven gap;
- the maximum washing temperature indicator light does not work;
- the powder receptacle is pulled out with effort, unless you pull it, it won’t pull out;
- the drum door also opens with difficulty;
- The powder doesn't rinse out well from the tray, so I have to put it directly into the drum. But then I don't have to use the pre-wash cycle. You can, of course, add water to the tray manually during the wash cycle to rinse out the powder.
Otherwise, everything is fine, no worse than the competition. It's even better: it's quiet, washes efficiently, and dries well, all while using a separate dryer. The machine is picky about the amount of laundry, as it has an automatic weighing function, so even with the same cycle, wash times can vary. As for drying, it's best not to dry more than three kilograms, as it might not dry completely. Even so, you definitely won't have to hang laundry around the apartment, which is more of a plus than a minus.

I really wanted a machine with a drying depth no deeper than 45 cm, but the choice was limited: either Candy or LG. We had to order the latter, so we took the risk and went with the Candy. The design, frankly, is awful; everything feels flimsy.
The machine was installed according to all the rules, but even at 800 rpm it starts jumping, and at 1200 rpm the tiles are about to crack, so now I don’t turn it on at maximum.
The worst thing is that the machine can stop during the wash cycle, and an error message appears on the display. This can be resolved by manually draining the water and starting a new program. I was able to get a refund, but I will never buy another machine from this company again.

After 5 months of use, the washing machine broke down; apparently, the Kirov assembly was so-so. The problem was that the door wouldn't open. The service center technician refused to repair it under warranty, claiming it was the handle that was broken. The result was a three-week, $50 repair. There was no other option, as court proceedings take even longer, and we have a small child. I'd never buy Russian-made appliances, let alone an old LG that's been working for 10 years and still works in my old apartment.

I've only been using the washing machine for a week, and I'm already dissatisfied. I can't return it because there are no faults; everything is fine, as they say. Here's the problem: after the second drying cycle, the washing machine started making a loud whistling sound, and the whistling only occurs when the machine is drying. It's impossible to stay in the room for almost two hours with that noise, so the drying process is terrible and I won't be using it.
