Many people dream of an Electrolux washing machine, but they're under the impression it'll cost a pretty penny. The Electrolux EWS 1052 NDU is a truly affordable model that immediately catches the eye of potential buyers. Judging by its technical specifications, it's a capable "home assistant," but what do users have to say about it?

I got this machine last year for $330. Compared to other similar models, it was the cheapest in the store. I had to overcome some serious doubts, but I still bought it, and I think I made the right decision. In short, it's a solid workhorse, with only the essentials included. Some might find its features outdated, but I don't need much; it just does the job and that's it.

The drum holds a maximum load of five kilograms, spins at a maximum speed of 1000 rpm, and has 14 wash modes, including the most basic "hand wash" and "super quick wash." There's a decent child safety lock, which has saved the machine from my little brat more than once. That's it. As you can see, it's got everything you need. I'm happy with the machine; it's a good value for the money.

At first, I didn't want to buy the machine; its Ukrainian assembly didn't inspire confidence. Then I finally bought it, and I can say that overall, it's a pretty good washing machine. Why do I think so? Well, firstly, the reviews online were good. Secondly, it washed the blankets and comforters that the old one had. Samsung washing machine(I sold it last year), I just couldn’t take it.

I realized that if the washing machine has a small drum load, it cannot wash large items.

Thirdly, the machine is reliable, at least so far there have not been a single complaint from me, and that is already an achievement, because I like to find fault with technology. And fourthly, the price was already quite attractive, and with a personal 15% discount, I got the machine for next to nothing. I don't regret choosing this particular washing machine; if you don't expect too much from a washing machine, this model will be ideal for many people.

In September, it will be a year since I bought this washing machine, and I'm thrilled with it. The salesperson mentioned that the advantage of this washing machine is its stainless steel drum, while other machines have plastic drums. I suppose that's a good thing; stainless steel lasts longer. I liked that it washes well with a small amount of detergent, and the spin cycle is decent. It's quiet during washing, a little louder during spinning, but still not a big deal. It's inexpensive and functional, and I don't regret buying it.

My bathroom is tiny, so I needed a slim washing machine. I was also tight on money when I was buying a washing machine, so I bought an Electrolux EWS series. It's a fantastic machine, and don't listen to anyone who tells you otherwise. I was lamenting the fact that I had to buy a cheap washing machine, but in reality, I saved money, and I did the right thing.

I'm happy with everything about this machine except the load capacity, which could be a little larger. The wash quality is very high, even surprising. The machine washes thoroughly, and it might even seem like it's taking too long, but you can't remove serious stains from clothes quickly. Personally, I use the Cotton, Hand Wash, Jeans, Refresh, and Super Quick Wash programs most often; these are probably the best programs.

If you want to rinse your washed laundry thoroughly, you can activate the extra rinse function.

It's great that the machine has a half-load function. I use it a lot and it often comes in handy when I only have a small load to wash. It saves a lot of money. I don't know what else to say; I haven't found any flaws with the machine, so I give it a full five stars.

I've been using this machine for two years now and have no complaints about the washing performance. It's quiet. I only had to replace the heating element under warranty once, and I haven't had any problems since. It's the best machine I've ever owned. I highly recommend it!

After our narrow Indesit built-in dishwasher in the kitchen finally broke, we had to look for a replacement. I now regret paying more attention to the size of the unit than to the technical specifications. My main criteria when buying were size and price (I wanted to buy something cheaper). I didn't even consider Indesits right away, but for some reason I liked the Electrolux. Now I have a pile of junk that only worked for six months before its electronics burned out, and I'm trying to get a warranty repair. A really bad machine!

The only advantage I can think of for this washing machine is the price, and even then, there are better and cheaper machines available. Off the top of my head, I can think of about a dozen disadvantages. Let's list them.

1. It doesn't wash the clothes, only powder remains.
2. When spinning, it makes a lot of noise and jumps.
3. The electronics are glitching, I'm afraid they might crash prematurely.
4. Sometimes I hear a metallic clanking sound during the spin cycle. I haven't figured out what it is yet.
5. Two or three washes are fine, and then something happens: the machine doesn’t take the powder from the powder compartment. Moreover, the powder often remains completely dry.
6. Unlocking the door after washing takes a really long time; sometimes the door won't open for 10 minutes, so you end up waiting like a fool next to the closed door to take out the laundry and hang it out to dry.
7. Very noisy and takes a very long time to supply water; other machines fill up faster.
8. The time remaining until the end of the washing program is displayed incorrectly.
9. The foam control doesn't work. I once accidentally poured hand washing powder into the dispenser, and foam started pouring out during the wash cycle, but the machine continued washing as if nothing had happened.
10. When setting a delayed start, the machine freezes completely. Only after a reboot can the "home assistant" be revived.

The devil made me buy this Ukrainian piece of junk. If they still haven't learned how to make washing machines in Russia, what can you expect from a country that's not homegrown? A month later, the machine broke down. It would have been better if it had just broken down—it caught fire. Luckily, my wife was home and managed to cut the power and then flood it with water, otherwise our entire estate would have burned down. I deeply regret skimping on such an expensive washing machine; I won't skimp on appliances again.
