• Secondly, the washing machine does a very poor job of removing clothes. Even ordinary dirt remains.
• Thirdly, the machine doesn't rinse the detergent well, meaning it washes almost without any detergent. This is a very poor model, and a big negative for the manufacturer.

Experts say the metallic clanking sound could be caused by broken bearings. How can this be? The machine is brand new.

   I wouldn't recommend this machine to anyone! It's terrible in every way, and I had to repair it more than once in the first year I bought it.
