A little over a year ago, our beloved Zanussi dishwasher, which had served us for 17 years, broke down. Even though it was ugly and had manual controls, I still loved it because over the years it had become a full-fledged member of the family. The breakdown coincided with financial problems, so I didn't even consider an expensive replacement. I went with an inexpensive Hansa WHB 1238.

1. The machine washes and spins perfectly, and the rinse is simply magical.
2. It has many modes that allow you to provide an individual approach when washing a variety of items.
3. There are express programs that are needed when you need to do your washing quickly.
4. The hatch is wide and opens wide. This allows you to practically throw your laundry in rather than trudging through it.

Water and electricity consumption are also pleasing, very pleasing indeed!

I do laundry very often. I simply can't live without a washing machine; it's easier to part with my left hand than with a washing machine. Hansa is a good choice, although to be honest, I didn't think so when I bought it.

It’s good that there is a high-speed spin at 1200 rpm, I use it sometimes.

Since this washer was the cheapest, I bought it. I was happy with everything except the door. While using it, I discovered that it wasn't spinning properly. The manufacturer mentioned this in the instructions, recommending removing the laundry and spinning it again. At the service center, they said the auto-weighing sensor was to blame. It's so annoying when you go to bed and the machine hasn't spun, and you have to get up and start everything again.

It doesn't spin jeans or outerwear very well. Service technicians confidently claim this is normal for this machine. I find this unacceptable; what energy savings are we talking about? It's also very noisy when spinning; the LG is much quieter. I'll probably take it to the store for inspection and return it.

I read a lot of positive reviews about this washing machine, which is why I bought it. I was disappointed because it's so noisy, like a plane taking off—you'd be shocked by the sound. Overall, Hansa isn't a very good brand, no matter what people say about it online. I should have paid an extra $100 and bought something else. With a 15-minute quick wash, I have to spin it seven times.

The washing machine has a very poor spin cycle. Large items, like duvet covers and terry sheets, don't spin at all. It might not spin even after the tenth attempt. The time remaining until the end of the wash does not match the actual time. If you spin the laundry at a low speed, it will be very wrinkled. I would gladly send this washing machine back to the store; I don't recommend it to anyone.

When I bought it, I was tempted by the high spin speed and the low price. The good cycle lasts over two hours, so I usually choose the quick cycle. I'd like a cycle with an intermediate time. It's a shame you can't choose the wash duration yourself.
