Apparently, it's a budget-friendly washing machine without any bells and whistles, but then again, who needs all those bells and whistles? It washes amazingly, especially if you don't cram three sets of bedding into the drum. It uses up the detergent more slowly, which I'm especially happy about. It deserves the highest rating!

The machine is well-designed, it's immediately obvious. Although it looks a bit plain, it's reasonably priced. So, I bought it without much thought, and for two years now, I've been enjoying the fruits of its labor. With my old machine, clothes wore out faster, and even bedding would rip, but the Hotpoint Ariston VMUL 501 is much more gentle on clothes. I absolutely love my washing machine!

This machine has a fantastic "Anti-Allergy" setting. My son has allergies, so I used to only wash his clothes with hypoallergenic soap and only by hand. Now, with the Ariston washing machine, I wash his clothes with my own, but on the "Anti-Allergy" setting. It's very convenient and keeps him healthy. Thank goodness for this machine!

   When assembling and installing the cuff on the front wall, the clamp on the cuff was pulled with the spring facing down. Because of the spring, the cuff didn't fit tightly (it wasn't airtight), and the wall underneath rusted. Only in Russia could they assemble it like that. If the spring had been in the up position, things would have been different. I need the manufacturer's address, as I can't find the front wall for the ARMXXL105 anywhere.
