Indesit IWSC 5105 (CIS) Washing Machine Reviews
Indesit Company specializes in producing affordable washing machines. While their competitors offer, at best, a couple of cheap models, Indesit has gone much further, turning affordable washing machine production into a separate industry. The slim Indesit IWSC 5105 CIS washing machine has recently become a prominent representative of the budget series. Let's ask owners how much they like or dislike this appliance.
Men's opinions

Four years ago, our Beko washing machine finally died. My wife loved it, but there's nothing you can do—even the best appliances eventually end up in the trash. The Beko lasted a total of 15 years. We were faced with the question of what to replace it with on a tight budget. We found the answer on a website and chose the Indesit IWSC 5105 washing machine because of the many positive reviews. It turned out to be the right choice.
- The washing machine is very cheap, it fits within the budget and there is still some left over to wash it.
- It washes dirt off things well, without chewing or ruining anything.
They say that some machines wash clothes in such a way that lint and pellets form on them, but this is clearly not the case with our Indesit.
- The drum is normal, made of stainless steel, smooth inside, without burrs, the fin punches hold firmly.
- The load is average, 5 kg, some say that this is not enough, but it is enough for us.
- The controls are simple, even primitive; my wife figured it out without any problems.
- Connected without any problems, but the hoses were a bit short.
- The powder dissolves perfectly, although the powder receiver is made in a strange way.
Needless to say, we really like the washing machine. We've gotten used to it over the past four years, and many of the little problems we've had don't even notice. Although they exist, of course. Five stars, no question about it!

I bought this washing machine two years ago and have had good experiences. It looks a bit flimsy, but that's just a first impression. It's clear they made it from the cheapest materials, but it works. I don't need anything else; I can just wash it, and that's it. I'm happy!

I wasn't immediately drawn to this appliance; if I'd had the money, I would have gotten something else. Well, since I didn't have the budget and didn't want to take out a loan, I had to go with the Indesit. It's been working great for six months, but the sunroof has been stuck and has a hard time opening. The bottom of the case started to get covered with a layer of rust because my bathroom is damp. It looks like in a year or two the bottom of the washing machine will be completely rusty, if it doesn't break down before then.
It washes laundry well, but the rinse and spin cycles could be better. I'm particularly concerned about the spin cycle. If you wash large items, the Indesit refuses to spin them at all. It does spin the rest, but the clothes are still a bit damp. Another plus is the 15-minute wash cycle, which I use very often. Great!

I wouldn't recommend this washing machine; it had too many problems. After all, cheap stuff is cheap. First, there were issues with the door seal, which kept popping out, preventing the door from opening and closing. Second, there was rust, which is the bane of this machine, as the metal it's made of is far from stainless. Third, there's the finicky drum, which refuses to wash outerwear, even though it's heavy enough to handle it.
Why does the manufacturer indicate a maximum load of 5 kg of dry laundry when the machine can't actually wash even one jacket, which weighs significantly less when dry?
Fourth, the "home helper" is very noisy. My bathroom has heavy walls, so even shouting is hard to hear, but the washing machine is perfectly audible. If I come home from a night shift and my wife is doing laundry, I'd better not go to bed—you won't be able to sleep! My wife has gotten used to it, but I regret choosing this appliance; I should have thought twice before spending money on this piece of junk.

I absolutely hate washing machines crammed with electronics. Water and sensitive electronic circuit boards just don't mix well. A washing machine should be simple and reliable, and the Indesit is perfect for me. I live alone and don't want to buy expensive equipment for my rented place. It washes well; it hasn't broken down in 10 months of use. I looked online and saw dozens of satisfied customers. I'd give it a five-star rating.

Our Indesit washing machine is the smartest choice; it's been running for five years now and it's been working just fine. My husband says the bearings are failing, and it seems to be true, as there's a humming noise during the wash cycle. Well, if anything happens, we'll call a repairman; fortunately, we have a lot of repairmen we know; they'll do a good job. My mother-in-law has one. Candy GVW 264 DC-07 washing machine, but there are many more problems with it. She's already had it repaired two or three times. Personally, I'm happy with the choice; Indesit is a good brand, and the washing machine was really cheap.

Unreliable equipment, extremely unreliable. The components and housing are of low quality, resulting in a short service life. It so happened that we bought three washing machines of this brand at once: one for ourselves, one for my grandmother in the village, and one for my godparents. It was sort of an experiment to see whose machine would break down first. The result was tragic: after three months, my godparents' washing machine broke beyond repair, then ours a year later. Only my grandmother's machine is still intact, as she hardly uses it. I don't trust the Indesit brand anymore, and I don't recommend it for you!
Our bearing broke and the drum is non-detachable. They said there was no point in repairing it, so we had to buy a new washing machine.

Indesit has the best range of washing programs, I have confirmed this from personal experience. I use about 2/3 of the programs constantly, depending on the things I wash. I read online that this machine is unreliable, and maybe that's true. I've been using it for three months now and haven't had any problems. It's a simple-looking washing machine, but that doesn't matter to me since it's in our basement, where I've set up a small laundry room. I'll keep using it, and if I learn anything else interesting, I'll be sure to let you know.

I bought this washing machine in October 2016. It's quiet, cleans laundry well, is convenient, and fits in my cabinet. I don't care how it looks, since it's in the cabinet and has a door. It's not too roomy, it spins well, and the range of modes is just right. I couldn't find any downsides!
