I really hate to say anything bad about anyone, but the manufacturer has outdone itself here. I've encountered the "high quality" of this brand's appliances before, but then I learned that my mother bought exactly this washing machine.

After four months, the machine isn't performing at its best. First, the metal parts of the housing have started to corrode. Second, the door seal has become moldy, and a moldy smell has started coming from the door. Third, an unpleasant metallic clunking noise has started coming from the door during the spin cycle. It's barely noticeable yet, so we'll see what happens in another four months. Mom won't listen to me, but I'd try returning the washing machine to the store.

The hoses included with the machine are terribly short, just over a meter long, so I had to buy longer ones. I ended up paying a quarter of the machine's price for installation—horrible. The washing machine is picky about detergent. It doesn't pick up every detergent from the dispenser, so I only use expensive detergent, which, as you can imagine, is expensive.

Another bad thing is that the machine immediately takes away the rinse aid along with the powder, which should not happen under normal circumstances.

After eight months of use, the door lock on the washing machine broke. Luckily, my husband replaced it himself, otherwise the repair would have been a piece of cake. I'm not very happy with the machine, and to be honest, it's a total bummer!
