A super automatic washing machine that's truly quiet. It has an attractive touch panel and simple, easy-to-use controls. It washes and spins brilliantly, and doesn't require an extra rinse, which couldn't be said about my old machine. All the detergent and its odor are rinsed out the first time. In short, it’s a good-quality machine, with high build quality, even though it’s Russian. And in reality it looks much better than in the photos.

One downside to the touchpad is that it's sensitive. If you touch it, it might trigger, but it's not critical. Another thing: the program duration is only shown on the display after the machine detects the weight of the laundry. You get used to it. I haven't noticed any other drawbacks, so I recommend this new model with smartphone programming.

Well, I can guess, because many people judge a product by its packaging. Yes, the machine looks beautiful on the outside, you can't fault it, but if you look beneath the surface, you'll see nothing but flaws. Judge for yourself.

1. It fills with water, washes, and especially rinses very noisily. Someone wrote that the machine is quiet, but that's not true. If your house has walls as thick as a bunker, you won't hear it, but we, who live in a Khrushchev-era apartment building, aren't so lucky.
2. The child lock is a whole other story. You turn it on, but the panel doesn't lock completely; the on/off button remains. The little one figured this out the second time, and now as soon as you turn around, he comes over and turns the machine off.
3. The price is high. The car has a lot of unnecessary "bells and whistles" which, of course, are included in the price.
4. All normal washing programs take a very long time. Older LG washing machines had more adequate programs, but here you wait for hours for the machine to finish washing.

I had to learn how to use delayed start and night washing, which is inconvenient for me, and also noisy.

I don't know about other owners, but I regret choosing this machine. In my opinion, the manufacturer overdid it with the washing modes, features, and overall technical features of the LG F12U1HDN5. It's a disappointing model.
