The short cycle only produces lukewarm water, which is only good for refreshing clothes, but impossible for removing heavy stains. If I need to wash clothes at 60 degrees, I have to set a minimum three-hour wash cycle, sometimes even a four-hour cycle. I think that's abnormal. Where are the hour-long and hour-and-a-half-hour programs? I don't like a washing machine with that kind of program selection; I don't want one!
