This machine reminds me of a Soviet centrifuge, which made a terrifying hum and shake during the spin cycle. The Samsung WW80K52E61W is just as loud and washes no better than my mom's old Alma-Ata machine. So much for new technology. I paid a ton of money for it, and it's no good!

The manufacturer is also shameless; the detergent drawer doesn't even have a compartment for conditioner; you have to buy it separately and insert it. It makes a lot of noise when washing. The worst thing is that the powder is reluctant to wash out of the tray; to get a more or less acceptable wash, you have to pour it into the drum.

It's very noisy. I was hoping for a quieter machine for the price, but it seems it wasn't meant to be. I'll probably think about selling it and getting an LG, which is even quieter. The large load is a sham. I threw my husband's jacket in to wash, and it froze in the spin cycle—it couldn't handle it. I restarted the spin cycle, and it froze again. Where are those 8 kg?
