There are so many modes and so many buttons. The control panel is truly overloaded with all sorts of individual buttons and indicators. There's a program selector and a display, so why confuse the user with all those buttons? Oh well, we'll get used to it. Why so many washing programs? I honestly tried to study them all and can confidently say that half of them can safely be thrown out because they're completely useless. The machine washes well, at least so far, and the filter is easy to remove. I give it three out of five stars!

The machine isn't expensive, and its specs are quite good. A closer look at the exterior reveals a cheap plastic exterior, but that's common to every other model across brands, even the more expensive ones. The washing machine isn't noisy, and I found a dozen other good points about it.
- Compact dimensions. Well, I wouldn't say it's completely compact—there are probably smaller machines out there. But compared to my old LG, it's truly tiny.
- The display is decent. It's not a smartphone screen, of course, but it shows everything it needs to. The main thing is that you don’t have to guess how much time is left until the end of the wash cycle.
- Lots of very useful programs.
Personally, I like three programs: daily wash, intensive rinse and spin, and quick wash.
- The machine can be stopped directly with water in the tank.
- You can adjust the spin speed as needed to ensure the best results.
- The machine has an "Easy Iron" feature that really works. After using it, you don't even need to turn on the steamer on your iron; your clothes look great.
- The model uses "6th sense" technology. I don't know what good it does, but it's probably cool.
- If an imbalance occurs inside the drum, the machine stops to prevent damage. This is called imbalance control.
- The machine has a spacious drum that can hold 6 kg of laundry. Furthermore, this drum can spin up to 1000 rpm during the spin cycle, which allows for high-quality spinning of items.
- And finally, I'll utter the cliché that the washing machine washes beautifully. It really does wash beautifully, provided you select the right program and use the right detergent.
I've had this washing machine for ten months now. I haven't found any serious downsides yet. I suspect the manufacturer cut corners on materials and components during assembly, but so far this hasn't affected the machine's functionality. So, I'm happy and recommend it to everyone!

The machine is worth the money. Everything is designed just the way my wife and I need it. It doesn't make any dangerous noises, no metal-on-metal clanking, no grinding, or creaking. The bearings are all intact, and the electronics don't malfunction. It washes well. I've only cleaned the dust filter once in six months, and it was almost completely free of dirt. Excellent machine!

After spinning in my Whirlpool AWS 61012 washing machine, I tried wringing the laundry out by hand and it worked. This means the machine isn't spinning properly. After washing, detergent residue remains on the clothes. I washed a jacket, and after it dried, white streaks appeared—I'd never seen anything like this before. I showed the jacket to the laundry service, and they said the stains could have been caused by either a poor rinse cycle or poor-quality detergent. I've ruled out detergent, so it's probably the machine.

At first, I really liked the washing machine. My wife washed mountains of clothes in it without any problems. Four months later, it broke, and the repair cost $60. The service center is forcing me to pay for the repairs themselves, since the power surge that resulted from the damaged motor isn't covered by the warranty. I'm not sure what to do—accept and pay, or go to court.
They offered to rewind my burnt-out motor. But they charge almost $45 for the rewinding, and there's no warranty. It's better to buy a new motor.

This machine is a cut above our old one, which still had manual controls and a German-language manual. The Whirlpool AWS 61012 is much quieter, washing almost silently and making a slight noise during the spin cycle. She washes clothes - top class, only a hussar's laundress could wash things by hand like that, and only then if she tried really hard. I like its appearance too. I pass by, involuntarily admiring its shiny body and stylish control panel. Our old one already had rusty stains and holes in the body. I like Whirlpool, I respect it!

We were let down very badly. LG F12B8WD8 washing machine, broke down barely out of the warranty period. It broke so badly that it was more cost-effective to buy a new one and trade in the old one for parts. We decided to avoid LG on principle and went with a Whirlpool AWS 61012. What a great machine.
- Firstly, it clearly washes better, at least compared to LG.
- Secondly, it makes almost no noise, even when you turn on the spin cycle at high speed.
- Thirdly, it uses less water and energy, and dissolves the powder completely. I give our Whirlpool five stars and the LG zero.

A really, really, really good washing machine. I'm truly grateful to the salesperson for talking me, a reluctant buyer, out of buying an Indesit. I generally like to save money. I always try to buy on specials and sales. I was tempted by the low price and was about to buy the Indesit, even starting to fill out the form, but the kind salesperson talked me out of it. I have no complaints; the machine does its job perfectly!

I had to throw this machine out after a year and a half of use. It had very finicky electronics: the light flickered a couple of times during a wash cycle, and the machine froze completely and wouldn't turn on again. The technician diagnosed a faulty control module and something else. Now the machine sits in the garage collecting dust. I'm incredibly disappointed!

For a whole year I washed clothes in this machine about 3 times a week, without overloading it too much. First, after 8 months, the hatch lock broke, and now the drain pump. At first it was making a loud humming noise but draining slowly. Now it's not draining at all, it's just humming. Should I really fix it again? What bad luck am I having!

I'm not a big fan of the tricky control panel. It's full of buttons that kids love to press, and I haven't figured out whether there's a lock yet. The last time my grandchildren came over, I was doing laundry. They pressed something, and the machine stopped, still full of water. My son had to drain the water; otherwise, it would have been impossible to get the laundry out. I'll be raising my grandchildren to keep them away from the appliance, and I'll also look for a child lock.

I bought this washing machine two years ago. I've had no problems with it. It washes well, starts quickly, and has all the programs I need, plus more. I highly recommend it!
