• minor abrasion on the control panel;
• loose hatch cover (apparently people looked at the car and opened the hatch frequently).

I'm a nasty customer, so the salesperson really got into trouble that day. I basically "squeezed" a 35% discount out of the store, just on principle, because the machine wasn't in saleable condition when I sold it. It's been six months now, everything works perfectly, and I haven't had any problems with it. I really liked the fact that you can load up to 6.5 kg of laundry at once, which is quite a lot for a top-loading washing machine. I had already forgotten about the external defects; all that remained was a feeling of satisfaction from a successful purchase.

I'm incredibly disappointed with the Whirlpool WTLS 65912 I bought a month ago. I'll have to figure out a way to get rid of it. The problem is, the machine breaks down very often; it's already broken twice. The first time, it broke after two weeks of use; the top cover, which holds the powder compartment, broke off. The service technician managed to fix it for me, and it seems to have secured the cover; it's not even loose anymore.

The lids on these machines are pretty flimsy, which was immediately obvious because they were all just plain plastic.

Just the day before yesterday, another problem surfaced. The washing machine started making a loud humming noise, clanking metal against metal. It wasn't exactly quiet before, but now the noise has become louder and different. I'll be calling the service center again while it's under warranty, hoping nothing serious happens. I don't want to be without my washing machine while it's being repaired.

My wife and I received this unusual Whirlpool WTLS 65912 washing machine as a housewarming gift from relatives. The machine also has a fairly large drum, which is crucial for me because we accumulate dirty laundry and then wash it all in two or three batches at a time. The only drawback is the noise. We live in a studio apartment with no partitions, so the noise is unavoidable and there's nothing we can do about it.

   Don't buy it, ever! I bought this model in 2015, when the dollar was skyrocketing and stores were buying three refrigerators and two washing machines. That's when my Bosch washing machine broke. It lasted 12 years. I had no choice, and the stores were empty. I bought a Whlrlpool wtls 65912 for a lot of money (around 32,000). Three years later, I replaced the pump, and now the module burned out (it costs around 10,000). The repairman recommends replacing the machine... since there's no guarantee it won't burn out again. Total crap! I washed once a week. I don't recommend buying it. And I don't know what to buy now. The repairman says there's nothing but crap on the market. Everywhere and at every company there are requests for repairs. The quality is simply nonsense; it's just business.
