So, the guys made us a countertop with a depth of 45 cm. 45 cm seemed sufficient, but we still needed room at the back for the hoses, so the Samsung washing machine we were considering didn't fit, as its cabinet was exactly 45 cm deep.

"My mind was really stretched." I needed a simple, inexpensive, and ideally good-quality automatic washing machine with a depth of at least 40 cm. I was lucky; I found a good manager at a large appliance store. He helped me a lot, finding a Zanussi ZWS6100V washing machine. It was perfect for me in every way, and it also had a depth of 38 cm.

A perfectly normal, no-frills washing machine. It's inexpensive, washes great, and the brand is well-known, so I trusted it right away. After a year of use, no problems have arisen and I hope there won’t be any. The washing program selection is absolutely essential. My wife is happy, and that's the main thing, because she does all the washing, and I don't have to touch the machine.

The detergent dispenser rinses clean. This makes me happy, as my previous machines were annoying because I had to scrape out old, dried-on detergent from the compartments.

The Zanussi ZWS6100V is an inexpensive washing machine with no surprises. I bought it myself a year and a half ago. It's quite noisy, but it washes flawlessly, so if you leave it on at 3 a.m., you won't disturb anyone. It has plenty of programs, and I especially like the prewash mode (for heavily soiled laundry). I don't particularly enjoy using this machine, but I feel it's more comfortable, and that's what matters!

But two weeks later, the Zanussi broke down, and for a month now I've been stuck without a washing machine, using only a basin and a bar of soap. When will the technician finally fix it, or am I waiting in vain? It's a terrible machine, and the customer service is even worse!

The machine is washing for now, but I don't know what will happen tomorrow, because it rattles and gives me electric shocks. I didn't like it from the start; the control panel has several buttons that you have to press in different combinations to activate a particular mode—it's a stupid system. It seems like they skimped on buttons, or the engineer was drunk when they designed it. My verdict: the machine is unreliable, lousy, and made half-heartedly!

This washing machine is certainly cheap, but it's not even worth it. For $300, you can easily get a machine with a display and better features. My brother got one for the same price. Hansa WHC 1246 washing machine, which has a 7 kg load capacity and a huge display. Now, due to my shortsightedness, I'm struggling with this "antediluvian piece of crap." If only it worked properly, but it doesn't spin the laundry at all. You take completely wet items out of the drum that you could easily wring out by hand. I don't recommend this model!

The machine also doesn't always rinse well. White marks from the detergent can often be seen on items.

I didn't like this machine; it had too many flaws. For example, when you turn on the Cotton program, you can't reduce the spin speed, causing the machine to spin the laundry at 1000 rpm. This has a negative effect on the clothes, causing them to shrink and pill. While working, the washing machine makes a lot of noise and vibrates, and also smells like some kind of rubber.

I'll say right away that this machine is truly terrible. The manufacturer acted shamelessly when they released such an unreliable device. In less than a year of use, it's already broken three times. We replaced the water pump, the intake valve, and the door lock. It's good that it's under warranty, but it'll soon expire, so what can we do? I don't want to invest a penny in this piece of junk.
