This washing machine barely gets dirty. A couple of times a month is enough to keep it clean. I like how it looks like an expensive machine and matches my kitchen decor.
The controls are intuitive, so you can start washing straight away without having to read the instructions. This machine is perfect for an apartment with three or four people. It washes even the most delicate fabrics well.
The machine is quiet and vibration-free. It has a leak-proof and child-proof lock. What I didn't like was that there's no drying function. However, with a 1400 RPM spin cycle, you can do without it.
But in other respects, everything is about the same as with budget models. Last year we bought a washing machine for my mother. It washes about the same as this one. It's also quite good. But it's two and a half times cheaper.

Hello! I've just become the owner and have been testing the machine for a few days. I won't sugarcoat it. This model has more than just its advantages. It washes well. I tried many different modes. I really liked the steam modes. The display shows the remaining time.
This washing machine is quite energy-efficient. It uses little electricity. My wife is pleased with the appearance of the machine.
Now for the downsides. The machine vibrates and wiggles. I leveled it, as recommended. It still wiggles. I even bought special stands. With them, the vibration has decreased, but it still wobbles. It's not particularly noisy, but that's a good thing!

It's a decent washing machine. It runs all the programs well. And considering it's inexpensive, it's a great model. It's noisy, but not too loud. The design is also quite nice. I don't regret buying it.
It's economical. It doesn't use much water or electricity, and it doesn't vibrate much. It's easy to use, and doesn't require any unnecessary programs. I didn't find any significant downsides.

I bought this machine about seven years ago. I absolutely loved it... I had an Indesit before. It washed worse and was a total letdown. Unfortunately, the bearings recently started making noise. I don't even know what to do. I'm not sure they still make washing machines like this, since I bought it a long time ago. Now I'm trying to find one just like it.
Cons: It's worth noting that the machine is moderately noisy. And after seven years of use, the bearings broke. But during those seven years, it worked perfectly! It washed everything I needed, from sneakers to down jackets and everything in between. I liked the "easy iron" setting. It leaves clothes slightly damp. But once you dry them, some don't even need ironing. If you find this machine for sale, buy it without fail. I guess I'll need to find a good technician or buy a newer model of the same type...

I recently bought this one. Everyone loves it! It has a steam function and a child safety lock. The machine is quiet. But I installed the special stands beforehand. It washes great!
Pros: Child-proof glass. Direct-drive. The exterior is simply stunning! I bought it primarily for the quality. But I didn't regret buying it for my wife; I paid extra for its beautiful design. It also comes with a warranty... Overall, I'm 100% happy with the purchase so far!

I decided to take a very responsible approach to purchasing household appliances. Before buying, I read reviews of washing machines from various brands. I decided on LG. I made a list of all the models, marking them with marks to indicate good and bad reviews. Then, with the list, I went to the appliance store.
Before this, I had an Indesit washing machine. It worked well and lasted a long time. But now it's acting up. So I decided to get a new helper.
The LG washing machine turned out to be surprisingly easy to use. I did have some doubts when I bought it, though, as I wasn't familiar with some of the modes and programs. The very first wash was like launching the shuttle into space. I didn't leave the machine for a minute. I was pleased with the wash. After that, I decided to try different programs. Using the "Down Blanket" mode, I washed a huge blanket, which I had previously only washed by hand. And my new assistant did a fantastic job!
This machine turned out to be even better than I thought! Thanks to LG for the F8020ND1!!!

I believed the advertising again! But the machine turned out to be so-so. No better than a regular one. They advertised it as being quiet. But after two minutes, it was just as noisy as any other. I wanted to use it at night. But with such noise, I can't afford it. I don't want to disturb the neighbors.
Pros:The washing machine looks beautiful and the music turns on after the program ends.
Cons: Not very good washing quality and noisy.

If I were buying a washing machine now, I'd get a different one. And I can explain why. Yes, it's quite quiet. The water filling is louder. But it's incredibly efficient. You can barely see any water during the wash cycle. When the rinse cycle is finished, you can see detergent residue on the glass door. I don't always want to run extra rinses. I have to wash everything on the delicate cycle. At least it uses more water. I suspect that the specified 40 degrees simply doesn't have time to heat up. Since the wash cycle is very short, the glass remains barely warm. And the same thing happens with other washing programs. I guess this is because it's so efficient. I wanted to wash a synthetic blanket, but after three tries it still wouldn't come out. And it has twice as many cycles as I need.
Pros: The machine doesn't make noise.
Cons: Water often gets trapped in the rubber seal behind the door. And it's usually dirty. I have to be very careful when putting things in and taking them out to avoid touching the water. The temperature isn't maintained properly.

It's also okay for a short thirty-minute wash, but it might struggle with heavier stains. For those, it's better to choose a longer wash cycle. It saves water. It holds quite a lot of laundry. It's quiet.
It's a good, modern machine. It has a direct drive and is well-made. Friends have told me that the child safety system sometimes doesn't work very well. Personally, I don't think there's any point in letting a child near a washing machine. Some people complain about the loud pump. But that's how it's supposed to work, draining the water. I'm happy with everything. And those who want a completely silent machine should buy an ultrasonic washing machine.

We can easily select the right program and start washing. It also has a smart wash program. The only thing I don't like is that I can't make changes to the program. Sometimes I want to increase the temperature or speed. The washing machine is almost silent during the wash cycle. However, it does make some noise when draining. It's a perfectly acceptable machine. It stands firmly and barely vibrates. The drum is roomy, and the controls are also pleasant.
Cons: It makes noise when draining water, and you can't change individual parameters during washing (for example, increase temperature or speed).

When it touches, the noise can be heard throughout the entire apartment. And the neighbors can hear it too. They won't exchange it for us. They say the entire series makes this noise. And that it's normal for it. So there you have it. silent washing machine! It seems these manufacturers don't value their customers. I will never buy equipment from this company again!

I bought this machine two years ago. Initially, water was leaking from the detergent tray. A year later, the drum bearings started humming. Replacement cost $50. Now, water is leaking from the bottom. So, think twice before buying LG equipment.
I am very disappointed with the purchase!!! After two months of operation, the door does not close tightly and I could not open it after washing.
I've had my machine since 2006, mod 80180nu, and it works perfectly. We've replaced the heating element twice since then; we have very hard water in our region. Everything else is fine.
I'm actually thinking of buying one myself, second-hand. A woman used it carefully. But I'm hesitant, since she's 13 years old.

I started using LG back in 1998, at work. When it came time to buy one for home use, there wasn't even a question of "which brand?" LG, of course! I can't think of a better brand! It washes great and isn't noisy. We've been using it for six years now. No problems!

We bought our first LG in 2006. It was a Korean belt-driven model with a program save feature, meaning it would resume washing from where it left off if the power went out. You could also adjust the washing process if needed. The new LG with direct drive we bought has none of this. Also, the 30-minute quick wash cycle doesn't have intermediate spins. After washing and between rinses, the water is simply changed and drained. Our old machine had this feature, and it's still in good working order. The new machine simply washes normally—that's good. It's just that I have something to compare it to, so the simplified "brains" of the Russian-assembled machine are immediately noticeable. The main thing is that it lasts a long time, at least.
We've been using our LG washing machine for over 12 years now and we're very happy with it. It's never let us down!
What are you even comparing? You bought a European-assembled one 12-13 years ago and are praising it. Buy a Russian-assembled LG now and see how long it lasts.
We've only been using our new LG washing machine for a month. It's hardly silent. The metal frame is very thin. It rattles terribly! The door hatch at the bottom of the front rattles too. The wires to the door lock rub against the frame. The door glass wobbles up and down a full centimeter. The glass is pressed against the rubber seal at the bottom by 2 cm, and at the top by a thin strip. It's a rattle, not a machine.
It's annoying when people cite glowing reviews of European-made machines that are 10-15 years old! I've owned two washing machines: a Candy and an Ardo. They lasted 12-13 years each. Is that what they're asking you?! Tell me about our Russian-made machines. But when you read the reviews, you see there's nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, I can't afford an imported one.
Irina, we recently got an LG, but I'm not happy with the washing quality. The baby's clothes still have stains, and we've tried every setting! Intensive, long-lasting, but to no avail, the stains are still there. I checked it afterwards. It can be washed by hand and with stain remover. For 38,000 rubles, I have to wash it myself.

Buy the LG 8 kg machine. It fits silicone and wool blankets, large children's toys like elephants and rabbits, and even rugs and 1.5 m x 0.5 m carpets. It's fantastic. I love it. It works for a family of six. The 6 kg one worked just fine before!
They're right when they say modern models are poorly made. I bought one a week ago, and after the first wash, I realized I'd made a big mistake. I spent a long time choosing a brand, but whatever I bought, made in Russia, it was a complete mess... The frame is so thin, I thought the door would fly out with the laundry. It rattles all over. The front panel isn't even screwed on properly, nor is the roof. It's a complete disaster.

My LG washing machine is jumping and shaking. The filter is inconvenient. I can't unscrew it or screw it in. It washes so-so. I had the same brand before, but it was assembled in Korea. Everything was fine. I won't buy another one.
Thanks for the heads-up! I've been trying to choose a machine for almost a week. My mechanic recommended LG. After studying the product line descriptions, watching YouTube videos, and reading reviews, I've come to the conclusion that there's nothing to buy. I'm sure the cherry on top of my feelings about these machines would be music at the end of the wash cycle. I wonder if it can be turned off, or is that a death sentence?
