I've had my washing machine for eight months now. I couldn't decide on a model; I needed something reliable and affordable. I ended up buying an LG F10B9SD online; it was cheaper, only $110. There's one drawback: water remains in the cuff due to the design of the machine, but compared to the advantages, it's not a significant drawback. I give the manufacturer 5 stars.

This machine has only its flaws; its only advantage is its direct drive, and even that's a dubious advantage. As for the downsides, here they are:

• there are few programs in which the temperature regime is limited;
• it works incomprehensibly in the “Cotton” mode, it “spits” water;
• no separate spin;
• no drain, only through the emergency hose manually.

I'm comparing it with other brands like Indesit, Ariston, and Zanussi. I actually liked the Ariston the best; it washes well and quickly.

• the lock is difficult to close, you have to slam it;
• it doesn't take in enough water, which affects the results, the laundry isn't washed, and the powder isn't rinsed out;
• the water does not heat up to 95 degrees, maximum 80;
• The diagnostic system doesn't work, apparently this is just a ploy.

All these problems are topped off by a manufacturing defect—water hammer when turned on. The repairman says this happens to many LG machines. They refused to repair it, even though the machine is under warranty. The store also refuses to replace it with a new one; they've filed a lawsuit, and we're looking for a new washing machine. My advice: be careful with sellers.
