I like the LG washing machine because it washes better than my old Indesit. However, I'll only give it a 4, and that's it, because it has these drawbacks:

• too “smart”, calculates washing time itself;
• there is no thirty-minute program or a 40-minute program; the daily washing mode is designed for as long as 1.5 hours;
• short programs of 14 and 18 minutes do not cope with the task at hand, their existence is not clear to me;
• The feature of loading programs into the washing machine does not work, only diagnostics, according to customer reviews, I am not the only one with this problem;
• Every time you have to search for and set up programs before washing.

This is a fantastic, simply excellent washing machine. It's quiet, and vibration is unnoticeable, even though we installed it ourselves without a level. In short, it sits like a rock. I love the stylish design and easy controls. The biggest advantage is the presence of a short program and adjustable washing and spinning temperatures.

I also liked the fact that the end-of-program sound can be turned off—those with small children will understand. The compact size made it possible to place the machine in the bathroom. I certainly would have liked a larger drum, but 7 kg is enough for four people. I didn't like the slamming door; the mechanism feels flimsy without a lock. I hope it doesn't break. My washing machine is already two years old. It recently developed a problem, which is why I'm writing this review. First, it started tearing old clothes. Second, it jumps around like a kangaroo, even though it's level. Third, the hose from the drawer to the drum got clogged with detergent, resulting in flooding the bathroom.

The machine's instructions say that the hose needs to be cleaned to prevent this problem from occurring.

Another issue is the high water pressure, which causes the fabric softener to wash out along with the detergent. The only solution is to install a pressure regulator. I'm not happy with this machine, especially compared to my old Zanussi FL 12, which lasted 17 years without any repairs, and which, by the way, washed much faster.
