Compared to my old machine, this one is a rocket ship. It has a well-thought-out program selection, automatic laundry weighing, and so on—progress never stands still. It works well. After three months of use. a foreign object got into the washing machine, I had to disassemble the case, take out the heating element and get that damned sock out through the resulting hole, so much fuss over such a small thing.

If engineers could figure out a way to remove foreign objects more easily, that would be fantastic. I haven't had any other problems; the equipment works like clockwork, and I'm extremely happy about it.

My husband and I have nicknamed this machine "the dumb one." You can't imagine how much this reflects its innate nature. Sometimes, after finishing the wash and rinse cycle, the machine sits for a full hour, hesitating before spinning. A couple of times, I couldn't stand it any longer, turned it off, then turned it back on and started the spin cycle separately. In my opinion, it's not normal for the machine to take up to four hours to complete a wash cycle, including the time it takes to finish. I'm tired of this and will call a repairman.

Oh, it was worth my protest against buying a washing machine stuffed with electronics. But when my husband heard it could connect to a phone, he freaked out. The salesman fooled him, and now I'm suffering. No, the machine connects to the phone fine, there are no problems there, but for some reason it doesn’t want to wash properly. At first there was a problem with the water intake, but my husband solved it by cleaning the inlet valve mesh.

There's no problem with the water supply now, but the machine still stubbornly refuses to wash. The laundry seems to flutter and the detergent dissolves, but the wash quality is poor. Furthermore, there are complaints about the rinsing quality. Traces of detergent are clearly visible on the fabric, and that's just not good enough.
