I bought it and couldn't be happier! I've been using it for about six months. It washes everything very well, even when I throw in a lot of laundry. It's quiet during the cycles. It doesn't make any loud noises. I liked that it has so many different programs. Sometimes it doesn't take all the detergent from the dispenser. Most of the time it takes all the detergent, but sometimes it leaves some. I don't know why. I also really like the way it looks. It looks absolutely gorgeous! Very stylish design.
Pros: When it finishes washing, it turns off automatically, it looks very nice, there are many different programs.
Cons: So far so good. I haven't found any downsides.

I really liked this brand. That's why I bought a Samsung machine. But it turned out my love was in vain! The washing machine didn't even wash for three days! It broke! I thought everything would be fine now. But my joy didn't last long. Just 10 days later, the machine suddenly stopped spinning! I called the Samsung store and service center again. Their technician came again and changed something in the electronics. And the machine started working again. And as it turned out, again, not for long!
The washing machine broke down for the third time! This is completely insane!!! For a brand new washing machine to break down three times in a month!!!! Neither the store nor the service center agreed to replace the washing machine with a new one! They told me they would fix it until the warranty expired. And it's only for three years! I don't understand this attitude towards customers and their equipment from these companies. I will never buy anything from this store or Samsung again. Why do they treat their customers like this???

I learned that if the machine is assembled in Europe, repairs are usually very expensive. German spare parts are far from cheap. And it takes a long time to get them. I used to sell appliances myself, and since then I've come to dislike certain brands.
In the end, I decided to go with the same brand I'd been using before—Samsung, that is. I decided on a specific machine. I bought a Samsung WF602U2BKWQ. When I was setting it up, it smelled strongly of rubber. If your machine smells that strong, it's best not to put it in the kitchen. At least after a couple of washes, the awful smell went away.
Now, a little more about the machine itself. It's quite quiet. Even with a spin speed of over 1000 rpm, it's not particularly noisy. The display is user-friendly. The controls are simple. Lots of additional options. Some say our assembly is worse than any other. But our machine has been working perfectly for a month now. So far, no complaints at all. We wash every two days. And if it breaks, we don't worry. There's a warranty. And repairs for this brand are inexpensive. So, everything's OK.
Pros:It operates quietly, has a convenient display and clear controls, and many different modes and options.
Cons: At the beginning there was a very nasty smell of rubber, short warranty period.

This machine is definitely not as good as my previous Samsung. My old Samsung lasted about seven years before it broke. It had a great feature that made ironing easier. The new one doesn't open the door all the way, which is sometimes annoying. It's also louder. There aren't as many programs. I wasn't impressed with the Samsung WF-E592NMW. The quickest wash cycle is supposed to take about 30 minutes. But if you add another rinse cycle, 30 minutes turns into 50-60 minutes!!! That's very strange. All other cycles generally take at least an hour and a half, which seems very slow to me.
If you don't do an extra rinse, your laundry smells too strongly of detergent. The manufacturer also claimed to have a 5-rinse function, but it simply doesn't exist!!! The display is too small and the hoses are too short. The door and dispenser only open with great effort. Samsung has gone bad these days. It used to be better!
Pros: compared to the old Samsung there are none!!!
Cons: The hatch and tray are difficult to open, the stated five rinses are not available, the door does not open all the way, it makes noise during the spin cycle, and it takes a very long time to wash!!!

I wanted one with a dryer, but they explained to me that the dryer should be separate from the washer. And they're right. I haven't set the spin cycle higher than 800; it's too much. It's been working for seven months now. So far, everything's fine. It doesn't jump or make noise. But I paid almost $700 for it. I think it's worth it, or maybe the price is too high?
