How to use a DEXP washing machine correctly
Learning how to use a DEXP washing machine is actually quite simple. All modern machines have similar controls, so even if you previously had a front-loading or top-loading machine from another brand, you won't have any difficulties. However, you'll still need to understand the specific features of your specific model.
We'll explain how to properly commission a new washing machine. We'll explore the software features found in modern DEXP washing machines. We'll also explain how to care for your appliance.
How to start using the machine?
What should you do after purchasing a new washing machine? Read the instructions. Even if this is your tenth automatic machine, don't neglect to read the user manual. This will not only refresh your knowledge but also help you understand the features of your specific DEXP model.
Be sure to read the instructions for your DEXP washing machine—it will help you remember the nuances of installing and operating the washing machine, as well as understand its software.
Next, the washing machine is connected to the water supply and sewer system. You can connect the appliance to the house utilities yourself or have it connected by a professional. It's important to remember to remove the transport bolts from the washing machine. Now your "home helper" is ready for its first use.
You can't throw clothes into the drum straight away. The first start of any washing machine is carried out empty, without items, but with detergent and at a high temperature setting. This is necessary to clean the inside of the washing machine. During the test cycle, residual grease, oil, and dust are removed from the internal parts.
Observe how the machine handles the first wash. Make sure the drum rotates smoothly and there are no leaks. After the test, you can run a regular cycle.
How to start a regular wash:
- Plug the DEXP machine into the power supply, open the shut-off valve;
- Place a batch of laundry into the drum (make sure that the maximum load capacity is not exceeded);

- close the hatch door tightly;
- add detergent (powder or gel) to the dispenser, and, if necessary, fabric softener;
- turn on the machine by pressing the power button;
- Use the selector knob to select the appropriate washing mode;
- if necessary, adjust the cycle settings (temperature, spin speed);
- Start the wash using the Start/Pause button.
After a few seconds, the door lock will be activated, and the machine will begin filling with water. The display will show all the washing cycle information, as well as the remaining time. The machine will sound an audible signal when the cycle is complete.
You won't be able to get your items out right away. The hatch will only open after 2-3 minutes, once the lock is released. After that, you can take out your laundry.
When finished, wipe the inside of the drum with a clean, damp cloth. Rinse the dispenser to remove any remaining detergent. Leave the machine door open for ventilation.
Basic algorithms of the DEXP machine
Depending on the washing machine manufacturer, settings for seemingly identical programs may differ. Therefore, it is recommended to consult the instructions for your specific washing machine model. The user manual describes each mode programmed into the washing machine's memory. What algorithms does DEXP use?
- Cotton. A standard mode included in every DEXP washing machine. This algorithm allows for the maximum load, temperature settings from 20 to 95 degrees Celsius, and the most intensive spin cycle. Designed for cotton and linen items.
- Cotton Eco. Another algorithm for caring for cotton and linen items. The main difference from the previous program is its maximum water and energy savings during the cycle. The temperature is adjustable and can be set to 20°C, 30°C, 40°C, 60°C, or 95°C. The spin speed can also be adjusted from minimum to the highest (depending on the capabilities of the specific DEXP model).
- Synthetics. Another basic algorithm. Suitable for washing normally soiled synthetic materials. The water temperature is adjusted from 20 to 60 degrees.
- Wool. A separate program for gentle care of acrylic and wool items. Water temperature does not exceed 40°C. Items are spun at minimum speed to prevent deformation of the materials.
- Express 15. A short cycle designed to refresh laundry. The machine runs for just 15 minutes at a temperature of 20°C, 30°C, or 40°C. The cycle length will vary depending on the temperature setting.

- Mixed Fabrics. This algorithm is activated when different types of fabrics, such as cotton and synthetics, are loaded into the drum at the same time. The water temperature is kept below 40°C, and the spin cycle is performed at medium speed. The program does not allow mixing dark and light colored items.
- Sportswear. This cycle is designed for washing workout clothes, which are typically made of specialized materials such as biflex, nylon, and others. This cycle also allows for loading knitted sneakers, trainers, ballet shoes, and flats. The cycle temperature ranges from 20°C to 40°C.
- Blanket. This program is designed for washing heavy, bulky items. You can throw both bedding and outerwear into the machine. The water is heated to 40°C, and the spin cycle is performed at the lowest speed.
- Silk. This cycle is designed for delicate fabrics. Wash in cold water with a minimum spin speed, and can be turned off completely if needed.
- Children's clothing. This program features steam treatment of laundry. This helps combat bacteria and allergens remaining in the fabric fibers. An additional rinse cycle is also included, ensuring the complete removal of detergent from the garment. Spinning is performed at maximum speed.
The set of algorithms will differ slightly depending on the model, but the basic programs for DEXP washing machines are the same.
You need to choose the washing mode based on the clothes you're throwing into the drum. Check the fabric it's made of and pay attention to the care label—that's where the manufacturer tells you how to wash the item. The right program will ensure the best possible wash.
Functions of the DEXP machine
In addition to the basic algorithms, DEXP washing machines have additional options. Some functions are familiar to most users, while others are unknown. For example, many models feature a delayed start, allowing you to set a convenient start time for your wash cycle.
Another useful feature is the self-cleaning drum. This feature helps remove all dirt and bacteria from the machine. It runs without laundry but with detergent.
A great addition is steam treatment. This feature can be added to certain modes, such as "Cotton." This treatment effectively combats allergens and bacteria found in laundry.

Horrible. You can't set the time. I don't recommend using 1200 rpm for 7 kg.
