Using a Vestel washing machine
It won't take long to figure out how to use a Vestel washing machine. Most modern machines are controlled in the same way, have similar control panels, and a standard set of programs. If you've previously had a top-loading or front-loading washer, you won't have any problems—everything is pretty standard. However, don't try to get to know a new brand by trial and error—it's better to familiarize yourself with Vestel's nuances and features beforehand. Our guide with an overview of programs and options will come in handy.
Start using it correctly
Getting to know any washing machine begins with studying the manufacturer's instructions. They explain the dashboard icons, describe all the modes, and provide instructions for using the machine. Don't neglect the user manual – it will help your machine last longer and wash better.
Before starting your Vestel washing machine, be sure to read the manufacturer's instructions!
An important detail is the initial start-up of the Vestel. Immediately after installing a new machine, you cannot wash laundry in it. First, you need to "run it empty." This means running any high-temperature cycle with detergent, but with the drum empty. This will clear the machine of factory grease and check its functionality. After a successful start-up, proceed with a regular wash cycle. Here are the instructions:
- connect Vestel to the power grid;
- load a batch of laundry into the drum (based on the minimum and maximum capacity of the washing machine);

- Close the hatch door tightly (you should hear a click from the lock being activated);
- fill the required compartment of the dispenser with detergent;
- press the network button;
- scroll the programmer to the appropriate washing mode;
- adjust the factory cycle settings if necessary;
- Activate the cycle by pressing "Start/Pause".
The user doesn't need to do anything else—the machine does everything automatically. After pressing the start button, the system begins washing: it fills the drum, washes, rinses, and spins the items. The machine will sound a signal when the cycle is complete. But don't rush to remove your laundry—the door will unlock 2-3 minutes after the sound.
Explore the suite of programs
Using a Vestel washing machine will be even easier if you learn all the available programs and options right away. Modern machines have a preset set of modes designed specifically for specific fabric types and colors. Simply turn the dial to the desired position, and the machine will automatically set the optimal washing conditions. As a rule, all Vestel washing machines have the following programs.
- Cotton. This cycle is designed for cleaning cotton, cotton, and linen items, including bed linen, pajamas, shirts, and towels. The water is heated to 60-90 degrees Celsius, and the drum accelerates to maximum spin speed. Cycle duration ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
- Synthetics. This program is designed for washing synthetic and blended fabrics and provides optimal conditions for man-made fibers. The water temperature does not exceed 40-60 degrees Celsius, the drum spins at full power, and the cycle time is limited to 1-2 hours.
- Pre-wash. Select this if your laundry is heavily soiled. In this case, items are first soaked and washed for about an hour, after which the main cycle automatically begins. Important: add detergent to the special dispenser compartment.

- Delicate. Provides the gentlest cleaning for delicate fabrics, silk, satin, lace, and organza. The washing machine rotates the drum slowly, draws in more water, and doesn't heat up above 30 degrees Celsius. The program lasts approximately 60 minutes.
- Intensive. Used for cleaning heavily soiled items. Thanks to heating up to 95 degrees, rapid rotation of the drum and a two-hour duration, even old stains are removed. The main thing is to wash only durable fabrics that are resistant to high temperatures and friction.
- Express Wash. A "light" cycle that refreshes and washes clothes in 15-45 minutes. However, due to the speed, the water doesn't heat up very much: a maximum of 30-40 degrees.
- Children's. This cycle offers optimal cleaning parameters for children's items: high temperature, deep rinse, and intensive drum rotation. It removes tough stains and disinfects laundry.
- Sports. It's simple: this cycle is designed for sportswear, thermal underwear, and other items made of membrane, spandex, and stretch fabrics. Balanced cycle parameters clean the fabric and eliminate sweat odor while maintaining the material's breathability. A machine cleaning program for sneakers is also available.
- Night. The machine operates extremely quietly – without any beeping or noisy spin cycle.
The night program will ensure quiet washing of your laundry!
- Biophase. Designed for removing organic stains. It's important to add special enzyme-based products when starting the program.
- Easy ironing. The smooth drum rotation and slow spin cycle reduce wrinkles and keep clothes damp. As a result, creases are minimal, and ironing is almost completely eliminated.
- Rinsing. An additional rinse to remove any remaining dirt or detergent.
- Spinning. This process spins the drum again, allowing for better extraction of items. This process takes approximately 5 minutes.
This is the basic set of programs. Some modern Vestel models offer special or advanced modes. In addition, the system is complemented by useful options—a complete list can be found in the manufacturer's instructions. It includes a description of the functions, their duration, and their effects.
