Indesit Dishwasher Reviews

Indesit dishwasher reviewsDishwashers under the renowned Italian brand Indesit are manufactured in various countries. Our stores most often receive models assembled in Poland or China. These machines are popular with consumers largely because they are inexpensive. To learn more about the quality and reliability of these machines, it's worth reading reviews.

We bought a dishwasher after the birth of our second daughter, as we had more chores. We chose one that fit our budget and had a reasonable capacity. As the manufacturer claims, it saves energy compared to heating water with a boiler, and it also saves water. As for drying, it doesn't always dry well after a short wash.

The first time I used the dishwasher, the results were a bit disappointing, as the dishes were caked with residue. But once I changed the detergent, the results were impressive; the dishes sparkled clean. If you arrange everything correctly, then a lot fits in and washes off wonderfully. Among the downsides, I'd note the lack of a delayed start and an extra rinse. But that's our own fault; we didn't pay attention when choosing them, thinking these features were unnecessary. Also, a child lock would be useful, but unfortunately, it's also missing.

We've been using our Indesit dishwasher for about a year now. After all this time, I can say the following: Cleaning results depend largely on the detergent used; this dishwasher supports tablets. It's quieter than a washing machine, so we sometimes use it overnight. The modes are limited, but they're sufficient. The quick wash feature is key for us. It also frees up time and saves water. The low price compared to competitors is a plus.

But I also want to mention the downsides. I didn't like the instructions at all; they were completely unclear. The modes aren't well described. The manufacturer states a capacity of 10 place settings, but there's no mention of placement. Also, the drying isn't very effective; the dishes don't dry completely, but that's not a big deal for me. Overall, I'm happy with the appliance; it's worth the money.

This dishwasher isn't exactly a great model, but it does its basic job well, freeing up a ton of free time. I quickly figured out how to use it. The machine itself is slim and takes up little space in the kitchen. But not everything fits in it, for example, some pots and pans do not fit. The dishes clean perfectly, as long as nothing is stuck on them. This dishwasher deserves a good rating.

The question of whether or not to buy a dishwasher wasn't even discussed. We were looking for a compact model because our kitchen is small, but we ended up buying an Indesit ICD 661 on sale for half price. I'm used to using a dishwasher, but my husband still washes dishes by hand. Hand washing is better, as a dishwasher can't handle dried-on gruel and doesn't polish dishes. It often leaves streaks, and tea stains don't come out.

But despite all this, I don't want to wash dishes by hand. The main thing is that the dishwasher heats them, and it's better for cutting boards and knives than washing them by hand. Of the six cycles, I prefer the longest one, but even with it, sometimes the dishes don't come out clean, even though I've used various products. Finish works best, but it's expensive. I don't think a dishwasher is useless; I use it often, but my husband still washes them by hand.

I got used to the dishwasher so quickly that now I don't know how I ever managed without it. My husband gave me the dishwasher, and he chose it for me without me. I really liked it—it's neat, without any unnecessary buttons, very simple and attractive. It's easy to operate, with just six modes and a delayed start option.

It washes and dries dishes well, but only if you choose a good detergent.Besides, the machine requires constant maintenance. I clean the filters every two weeks and wash the machine with cleaning solution every two months. I love the dishwasher and recommend it to everyone!

My desire to buy a dishwasher was periodically dwindling due to the size of my kitchen and the price crunch. However, I decided to buy a compact model and chose the Indesit ICD 661. It's plenty of space for a family of three, and I only run it once a day. I usually do this at night. The dishwasher fits well in the cabinet next to the sink, but it didn't fit under the sink due to the drain pipe.

As for the dishwasher itself, it cleans well, in my opinion, better than washing by hand. I'm glad it removes dried-on and burnt-on stains. Glassware is perfect, streak-free, and there's no tea stains on mugs. The only problem is that it takes a very long time to clean.

The dishwasher really saves water, using only 8 liters. I also didn't notice a big difference in my electricity bill. Sure, it doesn't hold much if you wash pots and pans, but on the other hand, you don't have to accumulate dirty dishes. I really like this dishwasher and don't regret buying it one bit.

Indesit IDL 40

It's hard to surprise anyone with a dishwasher anymore. I've been using one for five years now. However, due to circumstances, I had to sell my Indesit, and it cleaned better at first. If you're considering buying a dishwasher like this, be realistic about its capacity. The Indesit IDL 40 doesn't hold much, so in my opinion, it's not an option for a large family. I could only fit a saucepan and three plates on the bottom shelf, and cups, forks, spoons, and a container on the top. Indesit IDL 40the bigger the plan, the better full-size unitBesides, this machine made a really loud noise, you could hear it even behind closed doors. Despite everything, it was my lifesaver, as I had no time for anything because of work. My new job has given me more free time, and now I wash dishes by hand, and I don't want to pay for detergent anymore. So, think carefully before buying a dishwasher.

Every family has at least once faced the question of who does the dishes. But it's the 21st century, and it's time to get a dishwasher. So we did, or rather, I bought it myself and brought it home. Installation was straightforward; I did everything myself. Now it's peace and quiet: we load the dishes and go watch a movie or go for a walk. I'm happy with the Indesit IDL 40; in three years, it hasn't broken down or let us down. For washing dishes I mainly use Somat brand products.

After renovating the kitchen, I somehow managed to convince my parents to buy a dishwasher. We needed a small model, as the kitchen is small. And what a joy it was after the first wash. Now you don't have to wash mountains of dishes after a big meal; you just stand at the sink, load them, turn them on, and that's it. Besides washing dishes, you can use it to sterilize bottles and pickle jars. Just don't take the dishes out immediately after the cycle; they're very hot.

The Indesit dishwasher is efficient, consuming only 10 liters of water. Energy consumption is also modest. It has six programs for washing dishes. However, the quality of the wash depends more on the detergent used. I prefer Finish and Fairy, but they're very expensive. If you're a fan of hand washing, you're unlikely to enjoy the experience of running out of hot water. The dishwasher is a real lifesaver; I've had it for two years now and have had no problems.

I've been using this Indesit model for a year and a half now. I can say that a dishwasher is better than doing it by hand, but over time, its shortcomings become annoying. This is a budget-friendly machine, so its shortcomings are significant. For example, it only has two spray arms, unlike the Bosch, but I didn't know that when I bought it. Because of this, water doesn't reach all areas of the dishwasher, and dishes don't get washed properly. I only use the daily mode for 1 hour 50 minutes, because it washes the dishes the best, even better than the intensive mode, strange, but true!

The disadvantages can be listed:

  • It is very difficult to set the salt consumption.
  • No child protection.
  • As for drying, it seems like there is none.
  • The plates generally wash well, but I wash the pots by hand after making soup.

I can't recommend this dishwasher. Firstly, because of the cleaning quality, and secondly, because of the capacity. If possible, get a full-size 60 cm one instead of a 45 cm one.

I've been using the Indesit DSG 573 dishwasher for 2.5 years now, and I love it. The most important things are choosing the right detergent and loading the dishes correctly. It uses 12 liters of water for a 1.5-hour wash, which isn't bad compared to competitors, but it's also not bad compared to washing by hand. One drawback, however, is that the pots aren't perfectly clean after using soup; a rim remains, but there's no grease.

My dishwasher has made life so much easier. I have an INDESIT DSG 0517. I'm so happy with it! There is nothing extra in the car; it is enough for a family of 4 people if you run it a couple of times a day. I use Toppetrr 10-in-1 tablets for washing; they're not too expensive, and I break them in half. A lot of them end up whole, but they leave a residue on the dishes. Overall, I haven't found any drawbacks during my time using them, so I recommend everyone buy one and enjoy a clean kitchen.

I decided to give my wife a dishwasher for March 8th. I read reviews online and ultimately chose the Indesit DIF 16T1 A—it appealed to me both for the price and the features. I'm very impressed; it lives up to its claims. It handles dirty dishes well and is quiet. My wife was very pleased with the gift, and so was I.

The washing machine is a real lifesaver, because I'm too lazy to wash dishes after work. The Indesit does it perfectly. I don't even have to rinse the dishes.
