Where are Slavda cars assembled?
As the name suggests, the brand belongs to a Russian company. The company that develops the equipment and manages production is located in Rostov-on-Don. But the factory itself, where the bulk of washing machines are produced, is not located in our country, but in China. Some small batches are also manufactured in Turkey and Korea. Naturally, the question arises as to why manufacturing can't be done in Russia. It turns out that this isn't profitable for either the manufacturers or the customers. About the brand
SLAVDA is a trademark owned by the Russian company NOVA. This company also owns the popular brand RENOVA.
NOVA was founded in 2004 in Rostov-on-Don and initially began as a small family business selling household appliances. The very first brand under which the appliances were sold was RENOVA. However, demand for the products grew rapidly, necessitating a new name.
In 2006, the SLAVDA trademark was born.
A key differentiator was the brand name, written in Cyrillic, and the simplicity and austerity of the design. This was justified by the fact that the product is intended specifically for the Russian market and is produced to meet the needs of ordinary people.
Characteristics of Slavda and RENOVA equipment
Washing machines under the SLAVDA and RENOVA brands have excellent characteristics. It's worth discussing them in more detail.
- Drum capacities are 3, 3.5, 4, and 5 kilograms. A 3.5 kilogram drum is considered average for a typical family of two to three people, but larger drum sizes, as well as larger items, require larger models.
