The dishwasher is leaking from the bottom of the door.

Before attempting any DIY repairs, make sure the dishwasher is level. Remove the deformed door seal. When installing the new seal, start with the fasteners and work toward the ends of the seal. Do not stretch the rubber band, otherwise water may start leaking from the bottom of the door again.

Now it's time to examine the pressure switch. The level sensor can fail due to damaged components, normal wear, or oxidation of the connecting contacts. To avoid getting the wrong part, purchase only genuine parts specifically for your dishwasher. Pressure switches vary from machine to machine, so approach replacement with the utmost care. What should you do once you've purchased the part?

1. Disconnect the equipment from the power supply and water supply.
2. Remove the back cover.
3. Disconnect the connecting hose below the water sensor.
4. Disconnect the pressure switch itself and remove it from the machine.
