If you can't fix the problem yourself, a message will be sent to a technician at the service center. Knowing what's wrong, they'll contact you and come with the necessary tools and parts. This way, the problem will be resolved quickly.

Please note! This diagnostic does not guarantee high accuracy, as a number of factors can distort the information transmitted via the phone, including extraneous noise and vibration, the acoustics of the room where the machine is located, and other factors.

How to use it

The Smart diagnosis function can be used in 2 ways:

1. The first method works for any mobile phone. You need to dial the LG service center from your phone. The operator will tell you the buttons you need to press on the machine's control panel, which will cause the washing machine to automatically "describe" the problem to the operator. You will only need to place the phone microphone on the Smart diagnosis sign on the washing machine. The sounds emitted by the equipment will be processed by a specialist, and a technician will be dispatched to you to fix the specific problem.
   

   Important! The washing machine must be plugged in during the diagnostics.

2. The second method is suitable for smartphone owners. It involves downloading a special LG Laundry & DW app and its installation on your smartphone. The program menu is in Russian, but the diagnostics will be displayed in English. To do this, follow the menu steps, and the program will automatically analyze the problem, which takes less than a minute. Based on the results of the smart diagnostics, the program can provide recommendations on how to fix the problem yourself if it's your fault, or it can dispatch a trained technician.

Which car models have it?

The Smart Diagnostics feature isn't available on all LG washing machine models. Here are some examples of such machines and their key features:

Please note! Smart diagnostics in a washing machine does not affect its price. The price depends largely on the drum load and the number of additional wash modes.
