Assol washing machine reviews
There are numerous reviews online for the simple Assol washing machine. It's inexpensive, so people often take it to their dachas to do their laundry in relative comfort during the summer. If you're looking for a simple semi-automatic washing machine like the Assol, read the real reviews collected in this post and decide whether to buy it.
Assol XPB35-918S
Elvira, Irkutsk
Just before the summer cottage season, I was thinking about buying an inexpensive and functional semi-automatic washing machine to wash dirty clothes after gardening. The thing is, I live at my dacha almost nonstop from mid-May to mid-September. The cottage has minimal amenities, and I can't hook up an automatic washing machine, nor can I transport it, so I needed a relatively compact and simple washing machine with a spin cycle.
We needed a relatively small washing machine so that it could be brought to the dacha, tied to the back of a bicycle or on a bus.
After much deliberation, I bought the Assol XPB35-918S washing machine. I immediately fell in love with it, and here's why.
- Relatively small dimensions W x D x H – 59 x 36 x 69. Subsequently, I did not take it away on a bicycle, but I took it away on a bus.
- Light weight (about 14 kg).
- The tank load must be at least 3.5 kg.
- Looks nice and is very easy to use.
When I bought the Assol XPB35-918S washing machine, I naively assumed that such a simple machine had nothing to break and would last for years. Ultimately, I never brought it home from the dacha; it now languishes in a pile of junk in the shed. After 1 month of use, the activator in the washing tank broke. I took it to the service center, where they said it wasn't covered by warranty, saying I'd damaged the activator myself while cleaning the inside of the tank. When I explained that I'd only slightly touched the activator while cleaning the machine, the technicians simply laughed and suggested I buy a more reliable machine in the future.
Until the end of the season, I washed clothes by hand and spun them using the centrifuge of my Assol XPB35-918S washing machine, but by the end of August, it broke too. I didn't take the machine to the service center a second time; I abandoned it in the shed. Now I'm writing reviews about the Assol washing machine so that people, like me, don't end up with this Chinese piece of junk that you can't even breathe in without it breaking.

I live in a rented house with no running water and an outside toilet. I decided to buy a basic washing machine for now, one that would do laundry without running water and would be inexpensive. After reading reviews on appliance websites, I decided to look at the Assol XPB35-918S. I looked at it again in the store and finally decided to buy it. I've been using it for six months and am very happy with it; it washes amazingly well, and the spinning is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this model!
Assol XPB70-688AS

My grandmother is a front-line soldier (93 years old), she doesn’t recognize automatic washing machines and used them for a long time Malutka washing machine, until it completely broke. For her 93rd birthday, she ordered a gift for her great-grandchildren – a new washing machine similar to the one she had, only one with a larger capacity. A grandmother's wish is her command, so we went shopping and the salesperson recommended the Assol XPB70-688AS: spacious, with a 7 kg wash load and 5.5 kg spin cycle, easy to use, and low maintenance.
You should have seen how happy Grandma was. Now, whenever we meet, she always praises her new washing machine. She tells me how well it washes and spins, how easy it is to use. For the first two weeks, she couldn't get used to the fact that she had to transfer the laundry to the centrifuge after washing, since her Malutka didn't have one. But then things got better. So, as the eldest great-grandson, I'm writing this review on behalf of my great-grandmother, and I offer every accolade I can to the manufacturer of this wonderful washing machine.

Last summer, my husband and I spent the entire month of August at our dacha, staying put for the first time, and we desperately needed a washing machine. We needed something inexpensive, under $70, that would wash clothes well, lack electronic bells and whistles, and accommodate large items. I searched for a long time, reviewing countless options, but none of them appealed to me. Then, by chance, I stumbled upon the Assol XPB70-688AS in a small store and decided to buy it. I absolutely loved it; it had everything I wanted, so I feel comfortable writing this glowing review and encourage other dacha owners to consider this "home helper."
Assol XPB 45-255S

I used the Assol XPB 45-255S for two days, then it broke, and I returned it to the seller, crossing myself a couple of times. Then I read reviews of this Chinese junk and concluded that Assol should always be avoided. Maybe they'll learn to make it properly in 10-15 years, but for now, that's not the case. This is a resoundingly negative review from me.

The water in our village is so bad that all modern automatic washing machines burn out after a few months, so our family uses simple washing machines. The Assol XPB 45-255S is an inexpensive and relatively low-maintenance machine that can be used without worrying too much about water and detergent. My mom and I have been using this particular model for a year now, and we have no complaints. It washes and spins perfectly.
In conclusion, Chinese Assol washing machines have their fair share of supporters and detractors. However, after analyzing numerous reviews and publishing the most compelling ones, we've concluded that these machines have more supporters. What conclusions do you reach? We'd be interested to hear.
