Kaiser WT 36310 Washing Machine Reviews

Washing machine WT 36310Alekseevna

Advantages:Fashionable and modern, washing quality meets expectations, there is a dryer.

Flaws:high price. Comment: A good, high-quality machine, in which the manufacturers embody strict German quality and modern design standards. The menu is clear and easy to understand, even though the buttons are not labeled in Russian. We've been using the Kaiser for a month and are very happy with our purchase.

Smart Blonde 3D

Advantages:You can set the washing time; it doesn't hum; the laundry feels softer due to the drying process.

Flaws:

  • 1- It breaks quickly. Mine broke about two weeks after purchase. The warranty people were slow to fix the problem—we waited a week for a repairman!!!
  • 2- You can't wash at night – it fills and drains quite loudly. It's not the sound of a hammer drill, of course, but it's still NOTICEABLY loud.
  • 3- The appearance of the buttons and program knobs doesn't promise durability. Some of them feel flimsy to the touch.
  • 4. The machine door remains securely closed during the drying process, preventing access to laundry. This model does not have a residual moisture sensor, so it can sometimes overdry or underdry items.
  • 5- It washes so-so; it doesn't remove the soles of my socks after just one day of wear. My previous machine handled this effortlessly.

It's been thirty days since the repair, and it seems to be working fine so far. Regardless of the price, it's just a car; any car can break down.

Advantages:It washes perfectly, the spin cycle is quiet due to the correct drum balance, and there is a drying function – hurray!

Flaws:It's a bit noisy when draining, humming like a transformer. This dryer doesn't understand the concept of 'residual moisture' – alas!

Comment:

I'm happy with the purchase - it washes well (Premium quality) and can dry!

After a couple of years of wear-and-tear, no major disasters or issues occurred. The program froze three times, but these were easily resolved by unplugging it.

The price is adequate to the possibilities and justified.

Advantages:design, variety of programs, availability of drying.

Flaws:Electronic problems, short service life, high cost.

Comment:

The unit worked for about a year and a half without any problems or complaints on my part, after which it categorically refused to function properly and produced a whole host of unexpected behavior: it turns out that the machine's perfectly normal behavior is to fill and drain water according to a single, controlled program command. Fill and drain, fill and drain. But that's only half the problem. The trouble began when yours truly flooded my kitchen and the neighbors' kitchens downstairs a couple of times due to a drainage failure caused by the "high-quality" German electronics. It's a shame I wasted the money, but the prospect of having to repair my flooded neighbors isn't on my immediate agenda. If the experts can't solve this problem, I'll have to scrap the "German" appliance.

Advantages:The machine is beautiful in appearance and can be used to dry clothes.

Flaws:the rest is one big flaw

I'm very upset about the purchase my husband and I spent almost all our savings on... With two small children, a washing machine is a must-have, designed to help with the hustle and bustle of household chores. You need to cook, clean, and take the little ones for walks, and my little Cossacks and robbers are sure to get dirty even under supervision. I thought I'd pick an expensive machine, just put my dirty little ones' pants in the bin and go for a walk, and when I came back, I'd find everything clean and dry... I couldn't get enough of it for about a year, and my little ones weren't that active yet, just learning to walk...

A year later, something happened: instead of the selected wash cycle, the machine started switching to a different one. Since then, the screen has been flickering loudly, going dark, or both. And now, three years after purchasing it, the machine has leaked and spilled water all over the floor. I used to think it was all a hoax and only real in TV commercials, and I didn't really believe it.

I don't even know how I'm going to take the kids for a walk and do laundry at the same time. I have to watch the machine, which right now has been filling the tank for about thirty minutes, and for some reason it's just leaking out the drain. I'm afraid to call my husband at work; I don't want to upset him. I do the laundry during the day while he's at work, and I don't tell him about the machine breaking down, because he was so excited about the purchase just like me.

+ looks stylish, washes well, quiet spin.

  1. The washing machine is clearly not prepared for force majeure and other unpleasant incidents, such as a water cut or an insufficiently sealed filter. For some reason, European manufacturers don't provide a way to stop the machine in such cases. The machine simply hums nonstop, trying to fill with water. Another annoying issue: the power button doesn't fix this issue, so you have to resort to drastic measures—unplugging it. The impact this will have on the system's operation is unknown.
  2. — The program controller is not very convenient and does not click to indicate when switching modes.
  3. — To remove laundry from the drum even with drained water, you need to wait until the program is completely finished or cancel the entire program using the program selector.
  4. — The screen displays the total time for the selected program, but there's no information about the washing stages. Personally, I find it difficult to calculate the time for each function empirically.
  5. — Sometimes the laundry gets over-dried.

Verdict: I regret choosing at random and not reading the reviews before buying. As they say, I was fooled by the brand and German quality. I don't want to blame the manufacturer for everything; after all, my own eyes saw what we bought. But such a bummer couldn't have been purchased for the price of a spaceship.
