Vestfrost washing machine reviews
Few people know that the Vestfrost washing machine originates from Denmark, where the brand remains incredibly popular. Currently, the brand is owned by the well-known Turkish company Vestel, so Danish machines are not available in the CIS market.
Machines are mostly assembled in Turkey or Russia, although for consumers this isn't so important; the most important factors are the machine's specifications and its longevity. In this publication, we've decided to present real reviews from owners of these washing machines so you can get a more or less complete picture of these machines. Here are those reviews.
Vestfrost VFWD1461
Ivan, Novosibirsk
I'm a fan of short and concise specifications, so I'll say right away that this machine is poorly thought out for its price range and has too many shortcomings. So, let's break it down:
- very noisy drain, the pump works like an industrial pumping station, at least by the sound;
- The Westfrost machine is very bouncy, although the installer leveled it perfectly, plus the floor in my bathroom is strong and level;
The floor in my bathroom is a solid concrete base covered with floor tiles; the previous LG machine stood rooted to the spot.
- the engine is making strange howling noises, and when I showed this to the service center technician, he said that this is completely normal for this model;
- The drying is too aggressive, we only used it a few times, and we were so exhausted, then we had to iron the laundry.
Neither my wife nor I were extremely satisfied with the Vestfrost VFWD1461 washing machine, even though we paid about $1,000 for it. We didn't see any design, impressive features, build quality, or ease of use, but that's just our subjective opinion. You might like this appliance. We give this washing machine a 2 out of 5 stars.

I immediately fell in love with the Vestfrost VFWD1461. It's a reasonable size, holds a lot of laundry, has a discreet appearance, and has a number of useful washing programs. Adding custom modes would be fantastic. It washes clothes very well. My old Indesit machine was much worse, but this one is a real joy! It uses less detergent per wash, and you can now dry clothes in the drum. I've been using it for nine months now, and I can only see positives and recommend it to everyone.

I bought this washing machine because of the allergy mode. It's a great feature, I must say. Previously, I washed all my son's clothes in an Ariston washing machine, then set the rinse cycle separately, then rinsed them in a basin, and then spun them again. It wasted so much time and effort – a nightmare. The Vestfrost VFWD1461, with its allergy mode (with its clever name), completely solved the problem. The machine does everything automatically, and my allergies really don't show up. I'm incredibly happy and satisfied.
Vestfrost VFWM1040WE
Iren, Omsk
The machine is inexpensive, practical, and functional. I can't find anything particularly special about it, except perhaps for its small load capacity. It only holds 5 kg of laundry, which is a major drawback for a modern washing machine, even a budget one. It's attractive in appearance, even stylish, I'd say. The spin speed is 1000 rpm, but I rarely spin at 1000 rpm, more often at 800 rpm.
I was also pleased that the reviews of these washing machines were largely positive, which is what motivated me to buy them.
It's also convenient that the top cover of the machine is easily removed, allowing it to be tucked under the countertop. I give this "home helper" an excellent rating; if it had a larger load capacity, I'd give it a 5+.

The Vestfrost VFWM1040WE would have been a good washing machine if it were 2012, but, sorry, dear manufacturers, it's 2017, and such equipment is long outdated. Well, if it were sold at 2012 prices, that is, $110, but no, they're shelling out $240 for it, isn't that steep? I'd never buy such a machine myself; my aunt uses one, by the way, and she's not happy with it. Don't fall for consumer goods; buy decent washing machines.
Vestfrost VFWM1241W
Olesya, Gelendzhik
This washing machine has three main advantages: low cost, quiet operation, and user-friendly controls. I'm not familiar with other Vestfrost washing machines, but I suspect they share the same advantages as the Vestfrost VFWM1241W. It washes very well, by the way, especially the baby wash cycles.
I used to use an LG washing machine, which was in a rented apartment, and there were big complaints about the rinse cycle.Elgie doesn't rinse things well at all, Vestfrost is just super compared to it, but LG did a better job of pressing. This model gets a 4 with a small plus from me, or a 5 with a big minus – it’s up to you!

I have a mutually aversive relationship with all electronics. It's mutual because when I'm near my computer, it starts glitching, the refrigerator defrosts, and the microwave sparks. My husband rarely even lets me near the TV. My relationship with automatic washing machines has been rocky from the start.
First washing machine Zanussi reviews The one we'd read a lot about, which was probably the reason we bought it, broke after four days of use. We somehow returned it to the store. The salesperson recommended a replacement, which he considered reliable, an LG washing machine, which nevertheless lasted a year. The Vestfrost VFWM1241W has been going strong for six months now, with no issues so far, but I'm afraid to jinx it.
Dmitry, Iskitim
Overall, this machine offers a great value for money. For a bachelor's life, it's a godsend. I wash everything without any issues, from club shirts to work clothes, and it leaves no stains or marks. I use the same detergent and fabric softener as I did in my old machine, but I think I could use less. I did note a few downsides.
- The case is crudely assembled, with some cracks, jagged edges, and various other uneven surfaces. I didn't look inside, but I suspect the picture is no better.
- The quality of the materials is beyond reproach. The case itself still smells of plastic, almost six months after purchase.
- There's no extra rinse. I have to manually set the extra rinse for work clothes, which is incredibly inconvenient. My old machine had a separate button, and I've gotten used to it.
Otherwise, the Vestfrost VFWM1241W is quite good, and washing machines from this brand have been getting a lot of praise lately. It's certainly not for discerning buyers, but for regular folks like me, it's a good option, and an affordable one at that.
Vestfrost VFWD 1460S
Olga, GVolgograd
The Vestfrost VFWD 1460S turned out to be absolutely wonderful; it felt like it was made just for me. The only thing that bothered me was the rather awkward hatch. For some reason, I kept catching the cuff, either with my jacket zipper or the buckle. Eventually, I damaged the cuff a bit, and water started leaking through the hatch during the wash cycle.
My husband stitched the tear with nylon thread; it helped for a couple of months, but then the leak returned. We called the service center to replace the part at our expense, but it turned out there was a major problem with spare parts. I have no complaints about the washing machine, but I have much more to say about the service centers that service it, or rather, their employees. the cuff in the washing machine toreAn experienced mechanic can fix this problem in 20 minutes, but it took us a month to fix it. The sunroof seal took three weeks to arrive, and it took a week for the mechanic to get to us, even though the service center is three stops from our house. Conclusion: the machine is great, the service is bad!

I bought this machine with the apartment a relative sold me, complete with renovations and furnishings. It's a nice new Vestfrost VFWD 1460S. I'd never heard of these machines before, and I'm unfamiliar with this brand, but now I can say that at least they make very good washing machines. I don't do my own laundry; I always entrust this important task to my wife, who, in turn, uses the Vestfrost relentlessly and hasn't had any complaints so far, even though we've had three different washing machines before, and she complained about all of them. I have nothing bad to say, so I give the Vestfrost VFWD 1460S 5 stars.
In conclusion, I'd like to say that Vestfrost washing machines offer a fairly wide range of models, and each model differs not only in functionality but also in quality. When choosing a model, don't just read reviews; check the technical specifications and carefully examine the appearance of the specific machine. Happy shopping!

Terrible machine. After a year of use, the bearings, seal, and other parts failed. When spinning, it roars and rattles like a jet taking off. Repairs are listed at half price, and the machine isn't cheap. I don't recommend it.
I've had the machine for just over a year. The manufacturer provides a 24-month warranty, and I purchased an additional two years from the retailer's service center.
So, the washing machine is giving me electric shocks, which has never happened before, and there's a glitch in the software—it jumps from the 26th minute straight to the 18th. And since my relative is a mechanic, but the machine is under warranty, he figured by hearsay that the bearings are screwed. No service center will repair it because the Turkish side doesn't pay for warranty repairs or provide warranty parts. I've raised a stinking racket. Now we're waiting 45 days for a refund so we can buy another machine.
The worst washing machine in the galaxy, every wash feels like hard labor. Words fail me! Why sell something like this?
To prevent the machine from jumping, you just need to remove the transport bolts on the drum, as proven by experience.
Total crap! It worked for a year and a half, and now it's time to throw it away! No one even wants to fix it. It's a waste of money.
