Bosch washing machines

Bosch automatic washing machinesBosch washing machines are renowned worldwide as reliable and practical. Their German quality, proven over many years, is unquestionable. However, the reputation of Bosch washing machines has recently suffered somewhat, with unflattering reviews of these machines appearing online. What's the matter? We'll try to answer this question by examining the brand's history, its advantages, reviewing models, and comparing their specifications.

Country of origin: brand history

The Bosch brand's origins date back to 1886 in Stuttgart, Germany, when the enterprising Robert Bosch opened a precision mechanics workshop. The company operated on the principle of "Sell only the best!", and Robert continually invested in business development. In 1901, the first Bosch plant appeared, and in 1906, plants opened in other countries. And by 1914, the Bosch company had become one of the largest and most successful in the household appliances market.Bosch plant

The company never rested on its laurels, introducing new developments. Initially, it manufactured refrigerators, coolers, power tools, and automotive electrical equipment. By 1958, the first washing machine appeared, intended for use exclusively in industrial settings. Only a few wealthy families could afford such a luxury. In 1967, Bosch merged with Siemens. In 1972, the first automatic washing machine was released, and by 1986, the company's engineers had begun developing the Aquastop system, which protects the machine from water leaks.

By 2000, the Bosch washing machine was equipped with detergent dosing technology, energy-saving technology, water-saving technology and reduced noise during washing.

Household appliances under the Bosch brand are manufactured in various countries: Spain, Slovenia, Poland, Turkey, Greece, and Germany. In Russia, one Bosch plant is located in Samara, and three more plants are in Engels.

Advantages of washing machines of this brand

A washing machine is an indispensable household item. But why do users love Bosch washing machines so much, and what are their features and advantages?

  • The first advantage of a Bosch machine is its reliability and durability. Particularly valued are German-assembled models, whose service life is 14-16 years. However, models assembled in other countries from original components are also reliable, as the company strictly monitors its reputation.
  • The washing class in such machines is the highest A.
  • The energy consumption of this brand of washing machines is also reduced, and therefore they have class A+ or A++, but this does not apply to machines equipped with a dryer.
  • The Bosch washing machine is economical because it has an automatic weighing function, dosing water and detergent depending on the dirtiness and weight of the laundry.

Please note! The latest Bosch washing machine models have built-in programs for removing 14 types of stains.

  • Another advantage is the development and installation of the AquaStop system. Thanks to Bosch plantIn case of a leak, the magnetic valve will shut off the water supply.
  • The Bosch washing machine is able to measure and control the level of foam, changing the intensity of the drum rotation accordingly.
  • The VarioSoft drum's unique design is particularly noteworthy, allowing you to wash a wide variety of fabrics, including knitwear, without damaging them. Items will look as good as new.
  • Most machines are equipped with an imbalance system, which weighs the wet laundry before spinning, determines the pressure on the drum walls, and sets the optimal spin speed accordingly.
  • Another advantage of washing machines is the variety of models, including both front-loading and top-loading. The price range is also quite wide, with both economy and premium models available.

Majority car reviews This brand also testifies to the decent quality and reliability of the units.

Service center technicians note that Russian-assembled cars are much worse than those from Germany or Turkey.

Two machines, three years apart, went to the trash. A Bosch WOT 20352OE top-loader. The plastic tank, which you could puncture with a finger, was "sawed" in both cases with a 10-kopeck coin. Water leaked onto the motor, shorted out, and the electronics burned out. The mechanic said it would be cheaper to buy a new one! Again, two machines of the same brand, just a couple of years apart! Sorry, but I think this kind of quality is "below par" and have been using a Whirlpool AWE 7527/1, which is half the price, for six years now and am VERY happy! I wouldn't buy a Bosch again even if I had to!

Pockets should be checked for any debris, including coins, before washing. I doubt that was the cause of the breakdown, I'm afraid you're being disingenuous...

Worst quality from the manufacturer with cheap spare parts, in a word, made in Russia, cheap spare parts, high price, people will buy it anyway.
