However, there's one caveat: machine maintenance is still necessary. To ensure long-lasting service and trouble-free operation, it's essential to properly care for your Indesit washing machine. Basic rules for equipment maintenance

Extending the lifespan of your washing machine is easy – just take proper care of it. There is no need to make any special efforts, as we are talking about simple hygiene and cleaning. The main thing is to do it regularly and diligently.

First and foremost, it's important to maintain the exterior of your washing machine. We recommend wiping it down with a sponge soaked in an alcohol-free cleaner every 3-5 days. Do the same if fingerprints, powder, or dust appear on the machine. This will protect the white plastic from premature yellowing.

The cuff also requires care. After each wash, dry it thoroughly with a cloth and wash it once a week with a simple soap solution. Avoid using cleaners, solvents, and aggressive products, as they can damage the rubber.

The key is to be careful and remember to clean it regularly.

Attention to some details

There are a few other important points that aren't directly related to maintenance but significantly impact the machine's performance. Following them will extend the life of your machine and improve its washing results. The rules are simple and straightforward.

• Place the machine on a hard, level surface. Ideally, concrete or tile.
• Check that the water supply to the washing machine is at the required pressure. The standards, lower and upper limits, are specified in the model's technical data sheet.
• Make sure that the drain hose is connected correctly: with the “sleeve” raised 50-60 cm from the floor.
• Sort the laundry loaded into the drum by color and material.
• Do not allow foreign objects (coins, keys, hairpins) to enter the drum, carefully turning out all pockets.
• Do not wash worn, torn or very dirty items.
• Fasten zippers and buttons and remove decorations from underwear.
• “Hide” woolen and down items and clothing with metal inserts, spikes, rhinestones, and beads in a protective bag.

When connecting the Indesit washing machine to the power supply, do not use extension cords or tees.
