There is, however, a built-in dishwasher like the Whirlpool ADG 9840, which is almost 50 cm wide (49.7 cm) and 82 cm high, but it is not available for sale.

It also doesn't offer full leak protection. The exact dimensions are: width 54.5 cm, depth 49.4 cm, and height 44.7 cm. It costs approximately 38,500 rubles.

Flavia CI 55 HAVANA

A dishwasher assembled in China. This fully integrated model measures 55 cm wide, 50 cm deep, and just 43.8 cm high. It's on par with Electrolux competitors in terms of energy and water consumption. It produces a noise level of 52 dB. Six standard place settings can be washed using one of seven wash modes. It also features a pre-soak mode and a delayed start time of up to 24 hours.

You can wash dishes with any product, either powder and rinse aid, or 3-in-1 tablets. The protection provided in such a machine is only partial. This dishwasher is attractive at 21,000 rubles. Users have given it positive reviews, noting only minor drawbacks:

• noise;
• silent signal at the end of washing;
• difficulty in hanging the facade.

Smeg STC75

This Italian-made dishwasher holds 7 place settings. Fully integrated, its dimensions are: width 55.9 cm, depth 55 cm, and height 57.8 cm. It has 10 settings and operates quietly, producing a noise level of no more than 45 dB. During one wash cycle, which averages 3 hours, the dishwasher uses approximately 10 liters of water and 0.73 kWh of energy.

The interior lighting is attractive, and the full safety system is a welcome addition. You can delay the start for up to 9 hours. This premium dishwasher is priced at around $910.

BELTRATTO LAC 4600

The BELTRATTO dishwasher is another premium Italian-made machine. This semi-integrated model doesn't have any special features. It holds six standard place settings and has only five settings. We found the noise level to be high for such a machine—51 dB. Its very high energy consumption of 1.6 kWh is a drawback. But the advantage of this dishwasher is that it is completely protected from water leaks.

The exact dimensions of the BELTRATTO LAC 4600 dishwasher are: width 56 cm, height 46 cm, depth 60 cm. We didn't find any special programs, such as a delicate wash or soak, in the description. Yet, this black beauty costs almost 78,000 rubles.

AEG F 55 200VI

A German-made dishwasher with the option to be fully integrated into cabinetry. This model uses only 7 liters of water to wash six standard place settings and 0.64 kWh of energy. It operates quietly, with users reporting it's practically inaudible.Among the five programs, there is a special program for washing pots and pans, as well as an automatic program depending on the degree of contamination of the dishes.

You can delay washing for up to 19 hours, and you can also use dishwashing tablets. The exact dimensions are: width 55 cm, height 45 cm, depth 50 cm. The price is approximately $440.

So, we've looked at all the 55 cm wide dishwashers we've come across, along with a couple of 56 cm wide models. But the market is constantly expanding with new models, so who knows? Perhaps even larger capacity dishwashers will appear, but their width will be 50-55 cm.
